Since the scanlator translated it as "his hatred," it seems like that's his take on it, too.

Anyway, I could buy that maybe she enjoyed her time with him together so much that she started developing feelings for him, but I don't see how anyone could argue that she's trying to confess in that chapter. She's too focused on making up for what she did in the past by hooking Masamune and Aki up.
