They know full well bad series will bomb so they give them more time so they can have a more coherent end or on the upside the possibility of getting better - which doesn't really happen - albeit some could argue BnHA was pretty bad and got better later, it's bad again so it's not a sure thing that it will indeed carry on in Jump, it won't get sacked now that the anime has aired but it's bad enough to be moved to a less popular print, probably not in the next months but I strongly suspect by the end of the year it will be moved if it keeps being shit.

As for U19 I doubt it will run for more than 25 chapters.
