Pretty terrible episode desu. Felt rushed as hell yet barely anything happened. Entire episode was just repeating the exact same joke. Vidar had the same shock reaction to Darkness being an M every single time. Even after the 10th time and the joke had already been beaten to death he is still surprised like it was completely unexpected. The voice acting / mixing during the body possession was absolutely awful. There should have been shorter gaps (as in none) between Darkness and Vidar's lines. The momentary pause between them made it seem like they were purposely waiting for the other to speak. Also we ran out of time here's a montage.

That might be what it seems like now but later in the series you learn more about Darkness that pretty much explains why she hasn't been just doing stuff like that from the start (which, if her personality were as simple as it appears currently would make perfect sense for her).

Also she's a fervent follower of the Goddess Eris and her religious belief is probably the only thing she has that is as strong as her fetish. It doesn't come up as often but she really is a very strong believer because Eris is the one who gave her her first friend.

So I don't really see her going that route. Besides, her fetish demands that it has to be against her will, it's not the same if she's consenting from the start and there's no adventurers in Axel that can overpower her in a contest of raw strength and endurance.

I think his point is that Aqua should purify everything she touches into clear water. This has been stated numerous times in the LN to be something she can not control.

Therefore as soon as the alcohol enters her mouth it should turn to water (kind of a reverse Jesus deal really) but it doesn't. Obviously this is either ignored for the sake of humor or all those times Aqua 'accidentally' turned a beverage or other important/valuable liquid into water was actually on purpose.

Either way it makes no sense (the second one doesn't make sense because something that happens during the events of the second half of this season).

There seems to be some confusion on how Darkness' longsword works. Let me explain it using regular game mechanics:

DARKNESS LITERALLY CAN NOT EQUIP SWORDS. She can't equip ANY weapon. She never put the mandatory 1 skill point into using her class' primary weapon!

So what's going on here? What you need to understand is that Darkness does not use the "Fight" command as any sane hero would. The only proper "Fight" command she can do is to fight bare handed as she can not actually equip weapons (she's a mean monk even using full retard non monk damage). Instead Darkness grips on to an inventory item and literally activates it through the "ITEM" menu.

When you use a weapon through the inventory menu, nothing happens! Thus she misses again and again and is determined to lose.

How can Kazuma overcome such an incompetent fighter?
