I bought 2 figures from there (on separate occasions) and they were both delivered in excellent condition. I usually look for sellers in Japan that sell for the listed price or less, are rated 5 stars, and have reviews that are (ideally) 90% positive and above.

Just make sure that they don't pass through/aren't made in China; otherwise you're pretty much golden.
