Pirate Warriors 3 is the best all round one. Most OP-like experience playing it and the characters are all very well represented and has good production values. Has some nice fanservice touches like how if you play as Tashigi you can have her glasses on or off. If you have them off, everything gets more blurry.

Burning Blood is alright, pretty flawed but worth it if you get it cheap. An attempt at a "proper fighting game" that doesn't really work out.

Unlimited Cruise 1 and 2 are fun if you like that kind of thing. In some ways they're the best because they give you the full experience as adventuring around as the crew, catching bugs, fishing, crafting things with Usopp, making medicine with Chopper, building bridges with Franky etc. It's just very repetitive and full of gated stuff that you need to farm items for. I loved it when I first played it but I like that kind of mindless busywork in games. Kind of feels like an offline One Piece MMO.

Unlimited World RED is a sequel to Cruise. It's simplified and lost most of the exploration and crafting RPGish elements but is a more focused game overall with a story more befitting of a typical OP movie or filler ep.
