I mean, you're not incorrect. The ending blew chunks, as did many other aspects of Bleach in its twilight years. Still, I would have been fine with the heroes settling down and starting families if the build-up hadn't been so terrible.

Bruh. There is no way in hell Ichiruki could've redeemed the ending. Especially when the great majority of your fanbase left years ago (probably because they smartened up, realised the series was going nowhere along with their pairing).

That shit can only be redeemed if Kubo went back and completed the story without rushing it, dropping plot threads or leaving out characters without a proper resolution. No crackship is ever going to redeem this shit in the slightest.

Although I have no problem with the pairings, I do wonder why Kubo focused so much on Rukia's interaction with Ichigo while ignoring Orihime most of the time.

Even in the last chapter where Ichigo X Orihime became canon there was more chemistry between Rukia and Ichigo. No matter what pairing you preferred, if you're honest, you have to admit that's bad writing.

I'm happy with the end ships, I'm just not happy with the actual fucking plot of bleach
