With how sleazy and opportunistic Kazuma supposedly is, it's a bit disappointing that he hasn't tried to "conquer the world" with Aqua. Canonically speaking, she is RIDICULOUSLY overpowered. Aside from the ability to resurrect people which is in it of itself ridiculous (e.g. why haven't they considered selling this service?) it's funny that her "flood" ability isn't brought up more frequently. That is by any means a 'harder hitting' skill than any nice bakuretz, she made a giant fucking column of water appear in the sky in the middle of a field at seconds notice and inflicted massive collateral damage on the town in the process. Floods and water-related natural disasters are some of the most devastating things known to man in terms of loss of life and destruction of property.

As a little 'real world' comparison, a "big bakuretz" the likes of which is dropped from B-52 can kill tens of thousands, a 'major' aquatic natural disaster can kill hundreds of thousands.

The ability to cause floods, and presumably other water related disasters since she's a water goddess (could probably cause droughts, tsunamis while near large water sources, mudslides etc...), Aqua is a walking strategic weapon. And also makes you effectively immortal.

Kazuma should have become an australian warlord extorting all nearby lands with a flood protection tax, and publicly executing and resurrecting, and then executing again etc... any political rivals.

They would have all the luxury they could ever want.
