It's the attention to details.
The things that happening in the background.
The bits and bits that actually shown in your face as foreshadow and yet you never realized before.

Good point. IMO, you should only rate a show a solid 10/10 if its VERY rewatchable. A somewhat rewatchable show gets a 9/10, an extremely good (but not rewatchable show) deserves an 8/10, that's what I give Rakugo.
