12 episode series are the cancer killing anime since that format prevents from any decent pacing.

You either have to rush things or slow things. We should return to 24 episode series.

And no, 2 series of 12 is not the same than 1 of 24, because with 2 series of 12 the first part has to end at certain poinsts creating then again pacing issues for both first and second parts.
