Either Mouse or Cybuster. Both are horrible in their own special ways.

Mouse is insipid garbage that wants so badly to be Lupin III harem hentai edition, but fucks up every part of that equation and ends up being pointless nonsense. It's only redeeming qualities are one decent villain (who only shows up at the end), and that Halko Momoi did the OP and ED (Though her voice is a bit of an acquired taste). It took a show about fantasy mecha fighting sci-fi mecha and watered it down until there's nothing of substance left, like some kind of homeopathic mecha. There's no action, tension, or even decent fight scenes. None of the characters are memorable, and even the mecha designs are boring aside from Cybuster himself (which isn't even original since it originally came from SRW). I stuck with it until the end, hoping it would get better in the last act, only to find a horrible, rushed let-down of an ending. Don't be a moron like me, your time is to valuable to waste on Cybuster.

I liked Death Parade but I thought it would've been much better as an episodic series letting us go into the lives of two random people each game and let the fans come to their own conclusion as to who was morally in the right.

Going to guess because it came as the anime boom of the previous years was dying when a lot of people were exposed to the more violent and shlocky stuff like the various Yoshiaki Kawajiri movies so on a surface level it fits well into that mold.

The first time that I watched Elfen lied I thought that was the greatest thing ever.
I watched a few episodes last year and it definitely haven´t aged well, but still I can´t say it´s the worst shit ever. It´s not in the same category of Genocyber or Garzey's Wing.

For manga, Defense Devil is the worst i actually finished and remember. Other than that there is some seriously bad korean stuff, but thankfully i already manged to mostly forget it.

I see two in here that I have to disagree and say they are the fun kind of bad and don't fit the spirit of the OP: Elfen Lied and Master of Martial Hearts. I don't think either of those was even bothering to try to be anything more than the comical extremes they were and that the problem comes from people expecting more from a series and getting shit, like with SAO for example, which I will say was my worst. It was produced for multiple seasons with a higher budget, but it was about as shallow as Elfen Lied with battle scenes that didn't look even half as cool and it didn't have anywhere near the comedic value of Master of Martial Hearts.
