Its like watching two people get into an auto accident, and then those two people get out of their cars, injured and bleeding, and get into two different cars and immediately drive off to get into another car crash. Then more people are involved and after each crash they get into another car and quickly crash again, sometimes with someone they've already crashed into, and sometimes with someone new.

The manga is wrapping up, but not over yet.
It remains to be seen if anyone ends up happy or if the entirety of the cast end up still trapped in a miserable limbo of constant stupid, selfish, self-destructive behavior.
There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for precisely ONE character, but its more due to the author ignoring them and focusing on the other wastes of humanity.
