I don't get people liked this show, it was nothing but some asshole being so lucky that he can get away with being a hikikomori.

He went to college first on his parents money and allowance. Anyone can do this and then just stop showing up for classes, then you can keep up appearances for at least several months. He was lucky his mom put up with it after that.
