How to go from 10/10 to 6/10 in less than 5 seconds.
Everyone loves Keit-ai except Mami Kawada Lover, crossboarders, and mods.
Already a thing.
Threadly reminder that Keit-ai is now the highest grossing anime film of all time.
I know I shouldn't take it even slightly seriously, but at the same time this scene got to me because it's so over the top retarded even by the general standards of the series.
The webcomic is awesome. Take that back.
Never will stop being mad.

>mfw this happened to me in real life
That's when I saw the light of 2D
>Jin spends the entire series shitting on filthy subhuman beasts while trying to woo Hitomi
>confesses to Hitomi and gets some alone time with her
>starts talking about how he wants to fuck the dog
Why is OOC shit like this allowed?
At least it's not from fanfiction.net.
That one was legendarily terrible. Plot points that go nowhere. A harem. No focus on the romance between the AU girl and the main character. Shittiest main character ever (akin to the faggot in Re:Zero).
At least with the webcomic it's comfy romance.
it's decent but they jump into the whole parallel universes thing and accept it way too fast
the dialog doesn't seem natural to me. it's like, "hey we are in different universes or whatever lets help each other get laid"
there should have been more confusion on both sides, maybe even an argument or two with the other's counterparts before they become closer and come up with the idea to help each other out to help each other out
there isn't enough emotion being conveyed here, which is kind of the point of a drama/romance series like this
>there should have been more confusion on both sides, maybe even an argument or two with the other's counterparts before they become closer and come up with the idea to help each other out to help each other out
The fictionpress.net one has that but it can afford to be more long-form compared to a graphic novel.
if you want to convey a realistic relationship and emotions between the characters you kinda do need to fluff it up a bit
at the very least they both should have asked each other's counterparts before either of them called. It would have been better to see them both dealing with rejection in their own way. Trying to figure out what exactly was going on
If I was doing it I would have had Girl B stay hidden at first. One of the things that could have been done better was the mirroring effect. If you had Girl B hidden for like the first 3 chapters so her introduction and the mirror effect might have had more impact. By then we would have seen Girl A a lot, and the difference in her hair etc would be more obvious. Also there could be chapters focusing on her side of the story of the previous 3 chapters.
I don't think the average high schooler would just magically jump to the conclusion of parallel universes either. If I was going to do it I'd have a class scene where 1. significant side characters could be introduced especially a science teacher who would play an important role in the story perhaps? 2. the teacher brings up the topic of parallel universes in a lecture. this would let the readers who don't know about PUs get a brief explanation of what they are. You see these types of explanation pages all the time in manga so I don't think it would be too out of place.
since they are in the same class they both hear the same lecture or whatever and this is where MC and Girl B would call each other. this would be when they sort out all the fallout from the counterparts rejecting them and would find some kind of proof (IE the pictures sent via phone)
after this they make an arrangement to talk to each other at night before bed. at this point you could stress the uncanny feeling of talking to someone in another universe one day and seeing their counterpart the next. Once they become talking buddies they gradually begin to reveal secrets to one another, which later one of them finds out to be true for their counterparts as well (either that or use one of the side characters instead, like one of MC's friends or something)
this is where the plan to share weak-points would arise. and they would start planning on how to get laid with each other's counterpart
everything goes well until BOOM some sort of drama happens that fucks with their plans. one of them gets NTR'd or something whatever. eitherway the first big struggle is established and they confide in one another and grow closer. this sets up the upcoming romance between MC and Girl B
I do it unconsciously, I don't even realize it until it hurts.
