Since you're retarded and wrong, I assume you misunderstood it to mean "turn someone into an undead", in which case the opposite would be to make an undead into a living person again, which is of course not how the spell works so you're double wrong, and retarded.

Turn undead is Turn as in "Turn away" or "Repel". It was previously known as Rebuke Undead but nobody knew what Rebuke meant so they changed it.
Don't worry, OP, you collosal faggot, you, I too was a bit confused by the naming sense at first. I thought it straight up turned people into zombies or skeletons when I first read it. Boy was that a disappointment.

Turn Undead is a Restoration spell found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. When the caster uses this spell undead creatures/characters up to level 13 will flee for up to 30 seconds.

Elder Scrolls got it from DnD.
What's the opposite of turn? Spur on?
I guess it would make sense for Aqua to have a useless spell like that.

Wasn't it always Turn Undead for good priests? I think Rebuke Undead was for neutral/evil priests. At least that's how it was way back in 2nd ed, I think.

I meant clerics, not priests, obviously.
