Looking at the subs for 21, they translated Cosmo as "Universe Power"
How does that even happen? Is this how DiC localized it?

I love Saint Seiya but I wouldn't watch all the 114 episodes again... maybe only the Asgard arc because it's anime-exclusive and decent.

Also they're not upscaled, they're just really poorly done, the denoising kills it

You can add grain and make the image sharper. I recommend maxing the grain effect and touching the sharp effect until you feel comfortable with it, normally it's just a little bit though
