Worth watching just to make it to I think episode 16. Elder-god-tier episode that's just the characters stranded on a boat in the middle of nowhere.

I enjoyed it overall, although a bit of it was hard to slough through due to being tedious and incomprehensible without the retrospect. There are a few extremely entertaining episodes. I missed watching it once it was over, to be honest.

The Disney-Dome episode was the best.

But her character actually develops throughout the course of the show from an uptight bitch to a compassionate friend. The character development is the highlight of Ergo Proxy. It's basically a journey-of-self-discovery.
