How so? She's clever about using her shapeshifting, but it never feels like an asspull. We see her get Ochako's blood, then we see this girl named "Kemi" shapeshift into Ochako, but then it's all revealed that "Kemi" was Toga.

So even when Deku figures out Kemi was an imposter, he still has no clue who the imposter was. And it doesn't feel unfair to the audience since it's all properly foreshadowed. Even by Knox rules it's fair play

I guess I don't see how Toga can trick Deku though - he saw through her Ochako disguise. So either she is making a resigned observation, or she'll exploit Ochako's insecurities to get her to act in a way that makes Deku not trust her.

Why do you think Deku is in pain on pic related? Thirdly, he took a punch from All Might before, obviously much stronger than these 8%. Anyone with a brain that Deku winning would be an asspull. The 8% buff gave some suspense but in the end, the only student in class 1A on Bakugou's level is Todoroki.
