I was blown away by the first episode because I thought it was just CGDCT when I came into it, and it only got better after that.

Still, the fact that I was watching one episode every week and started following the LN alongside the anime all while discussing everything with /a/ made a big difference. This franchise is the kind that gets better the deeper you go into it. It's chock full of attention to detail and everything they release is complementary to the rest of the franchise. It's probably the reason it seems to divide people into loyal fans and people who don't think much of it.

I don't think there's a specific term for it in English, the boorus call it "hair loop" or "hair rings". You simply form a loop with some hair and fixate it with a clip. In Chikage's case, her loop isn't vertical but diagonal at the base where the clip is, so it's not like her hair makes a 90% bend there. Hair is flexible enough to endure that (and glorious Nipponjin hair especially).

according to paint. Chikage's face have 219 luminescence and Yuuna have 218 luminescence.
Other variables also changes but they are no more than 10 points.
They might just be the same since bunbun's drawings somehow changes the color from time to time.
