I personally liked it more than most of the other mahou shoujo mentioned here. More action and less romance. How much you like it might depend on personal preference for that I guess. I also think Go Princess was great.

Anyamaru tantei kiruminzoo was pretty good

Some of my favorites along with Doremi. Great taste. I need to get further in Sailor Moon some day and Saint Tail is on my watch list.

Also great picks. Heartcatch may be the pinnacle of precure (FOR ME). It had one of the strongest casts of characters, but like all precure, it got extremely repetitive at some points. I also liked the first 10 or so episodes of GoPri that I watched.
