I think the problem comes down to this, you can have a romance story and milk about 10 volumes out of it and be decent but Seo tries to prolong then to well over 30 volumes that doesnt fucking work, you can do that with a battle or sports manga because individual fights/matches can take a entire volume, romance cannot do that, its at best 3 chapters before it starts to overstay its welcome.

He would be much better off he stop trying to make romance series, he SUCKS at it because he doesnt understand pacing, because of that he tends to pull bullshit in a attempt to prolong the series but because he doesnt actually have anything planned he ends up writing himself into a corner.

He should either stick to much shorter series or just stop trying to write romance, I dont think the last is a option because its the ONLY thing he can write.

With Seo its always a possibility. Firstly, you have to remember that in his other works he has:

-Made the main female love interest pregnant out of nowhere
-Had the mc and love interest break up multiple times in the same story
-killed off supporting characters who get in the way of the romance of the mc

He has a history of doing extreme things, like killing off best girl Fuuka, in order to make the story "different" or in his opinion better. With all the negative reviews and opinions of the manga after Fuuka1's death, in addition to the continued popularity of Fuuka1 in all media and polls, he has realized that bringing her back would make people come back to read the manga for the tweest and because Fuuka is their waifu. Whether or not she is the real Fuuka is still unknown, but with Seo he could have actually revived her in order to get back that popularity he lost. There's a reason the wiki currently states that Fuuka may or may not be still alive.

After going through most of Seo's shit, It looks like Princess Lucia is his only series without any NTR and that has an actual happy ending without being bittersweet.

I've also come to the conclusion that Seo has a serious sameface problem.

There are only 3 times so far in the manga that we see the reaction from Fuuka's family.

Firstly during the funeral for Fuuka, its stated that her family is not showing any emotion.

Secondly, during the big concert where Yuu and the band play, Fuuka's sister seems aloof, while her father and mother are emotional, but only so far as they seem to be enjoying the music.

Finally, when Yuu encounters Suzuka at Fuuka's grave, she isn't really emotional, but rather wants Yuu to forgive Aoi for what her father did.

Now, the scene at the concert itself is really major because Fuuka appears as a ghost and there is a whole scene with her talking with Yuu about going forward, in addition to her family's reaction, but aside from that the other two scenes suggest the possibility that Fuuka is not really dead. Because we have both sides of the spectrum Seo could still go either way and have it be justified, so it really just depends on what his plan is going forward, but its not entirely impossible for Sakura to just be Fuuka with amnesia, especially considering this was originally going to be how the manga would go.

This wouldn't be a problem if Seo hadn't led us all to believe for the past 100 chapters that Fuuka is actually dead. If Fuuka had just disappeared amnesia would be fine but now the problem is justifying why Fuuka is still alive when everyone, including her family, acts like she is dead. Coincidences like finding someone with the same name or who acts the same way are actually pretty common in manga like this one, Hell Seo even did the same thing in Suzuka with Akitsuki's resemblance to Suzuka's previous boyfriend.
