What does /a/ think about Urabe Mikoto?
Was the show any good?
>Was the show any good?
Yes until the last episode when I realized nothing was going to happen then asked on /a/ how the manga went and learned nothing happened in that either.
Boner inducing voice though, shame she doesn't get any roles.
Yes. One of the few cases in which you should watch the anime and ignore the manga.
Yeah I actually read through the whole manga yesterday late last night and found it pretty disappointing how it ended.
But i guess it was to be expected. Still i enjoy a most of the ride and at least it got a anime too.
She's just too pure anon and wants her relationship to flourish the right way with her perverted boyfriend.
I am a romantic cheeseball, she is my waifu.
The anime was bretty good, the soundtrack was amazing, the style felt like a high quality 2000's anime, urabes voice was top notch, but the manga went fucking downhill really fast.
Supposedly, the mangaka needed his fix to get shit done and he would draw all the overcomplicated dream sequences filled to the brim with details when high, his drugs ran out and the manga went to shit.
No more dreams
The art style started going downhill
The mystic romantic theme of the series dissapeared and it became some high school SoL romcom shit.
The show was surprisingly good for such a obscure work
>Decides, on a whim, to fuck Tsubaki which she finds utterly hilarious
>Dates him anyway
>Nearly dumps him because another guy is interested in her
>Strings him along on the promise of a kiss which he never gets
>Tsubaki takes this so badly he'll do anything for a secondary kiss, including forcing a kiss from a cat his girlfriend kissed
Abusers are not pure.
It was great. Urabe was amazing, at some point I fell in love with the character and that voice was so perfect.
Too bad about the manga, though. Good thing I never picked it up.
God i love that face
What did they mean by this?
I liked the manga until the final arc and one of the biggest blue ball endings I've ever read in a romance manga.
Was she better tanned?
All girls are good but Urabe is best.
>basically no good porn
>but this gets made though
Japan seriously cannot into romance.
>hundreds of chapters of "will they or won't they"
>main love interest literally tells the mc she doesnt love him
You're better off reading vanilla hentai
Why woukd you do this?
Kinda hot tho.
Her VA had the voice of a literal angel and deserved more roles, damnit.
Superior weird girlfriend manga coming through
>he didn't watch WA2
You're missing out, faggot.
Pretty early on, actually. She turns the guy down because sharing her saliva with him doesn't have the same effect as it does on Tsubaki. It's kind of presented as the only reason she stayed with Tsubaki.
Her acting was perfect.
Urabe is a deadpan autist with stunted emotional/social thinking and she portrays it well
Happens in the beginning. Some guy asks her out and she forbids the MC from interfering with the confession. She ends up turning him down after shoving her drool in his mouth and he didn't react.
I wonder what would happen if he did react? Unlike the MC he actually seemed confident. So instead of being blue balled for the entire manga and even at the end of it, he would have had Urabe's saliva on his dick in a matter of days.
Mfw the only reason i like Mysterious Gf is because its one of the first mangas i read and i was reading simultaneously while it was being updated. I started reading at around when Ch 4 was the latest update.
Oh how time flys
Why didn't tsubaki open up to ueno about dating urabe? Aren't they best bros since childhood, and ueno did talk about oka to him.
I like how the show looked, it had an older vibe to it, like it was from the 90's or something.
Honestly I liked Oka the most.
They're both pretty cute.
Hell all the females in here are pretty cute.
