It's more about the idea than the art style. Incest has always been huge in otaku culture and having 6 brothers with individual and fun personalities in that situation with a lot of sex jokes managed to scratch a some kind of itch.

I personally find the art kind of cute and refreshing. The porn feels equal parts depraved and hilarious because of how innocent the designs are.
