Yeah, many of their motivations were power or destruction in one form or another, but they were given more time to shine and be different flavors of villainous personality.

Now, if you look at the motivations I say Zamasu is at the top and is the logical progression of the series.He attained immortality and was already a God, so all that was left was either control or his own brand of destruction.

Hell he BECAME the Universe itself.

Buu was literally a Beerus that was Chaotic Evil, blowing up everything for the sole reason of the fun of it where as Beerus does it as a part of the natural order.
Beerus is the best character right now, no contest, let alone if you count Beerus among the villains.

Shut the fuck up, he's clearly different than Zamasu and has some degree of respect for the Saiyans, just not Trunks. Just because he wants to kill them doesn't mean he can't respect them at the same time, or is nuance lost on you?
