Well, you can try watching it, thereare only two episodes after all.
The first episode doesn't really tell you what the plot is precisely, it simply introduces all the characters, characters doing stuff like smoking, eating cakes, etc.
The second episode will be more focused on the plot, some revelations and stuff

The character design is really charming in my opinion, OP is pretty gud, the animation is alright, I highly suggest you to watch it
