It's formulaic but I can stomach it a lot easier since it's pretty upfront about it. Whereas other battle harems constantly introduce new girls and some usually annoying backstory and plot dragging behind them that immediately needs to be addressed. Granted it happens in DAL too with Miku and Nia but there's at least helped focus in on some other aspects of the overall plot.

Yeah, but the formula does have some nice interruptions that doesn't make it feel as repetitive as the walking dead. I have to admit one thing though, the lewd was a bit strong at first, thank goodness it at least kinda went down at first.
