The implication there is that after Battle City he leaves to build Kaibaland but then when he comes back to Domino City he finds out Yugi went to Egypt. He arrives just barely after the Ceremonial Duel ends. Presumably he asks Yugi what happened and he tells him Atem departed this world. That's how he knows Atem's name in Transcend Game and the movie.

Arsenal Summoner is a 1k6 spellcaster that tutors another beater on flip, and has 1k8 if played as Yami Yugi because he starts with Yami field spell.

Well yeah he was disappointed to see his mind crush didn't completely change him but that just made his resolve to help Kaiba even stronger. It's a gradual thing that started building up from the moment they first met. Atem is really the only one that understands Kaiba and they are pretty much the same person except one had friends and one doesn't. Atem wants to show Kaiba that friendship can help him be a better person and I think that's also partially why he accepts him as a friend, to show him he's sincere.

Bad is that there's only 3 spaces for monster and spells each so using continuous or equip cards might screw you over by not letting you place any more spells. And deck size is smaller.
Also you can play as different characters and each character has different skills they can use. So it isn't exactly like the game.
