There's the butterfly nebula NG 6302 (pic related), and a butterfly cluster (Messier 6) but no actual constellations based on butterflies. There is however, "Musca" the fly constellation. Upon further inspection I did find something quite interesting, both the Butterfly Nebula and the Butterfly Cluster are located inside the Scorpius constellation, and the Musca is located on something called the Scorpius–Centaurus Association. It's a hell of a stretch but the Butterflies may be related to the Scorpius constellation, fitting the others we saw on the cards

Rewatching the 2nd OVA on netflix

there's a part where Diana talks about Shiny Chariot and how she was only idolized temporarily before she fell into obscurity and was forgotten.

Its safe to say that she became unpopular with the humans eventually and decided to quit being Chariot and just be a teacher. It's not exactly a war with humans but rather than not liking witches, it seems like current humans don't care much for witchcraft.
