Gappy probably has the best chance besides maybe Jotaro. Jonathan doesn't strike me as an especially sophisticated fighter, though he can surprise people with unexpected resilience

Jonathan does with his fists what other jojos need super powers to accomplish. Before he ever learned the ripple he was still sending people flying and tearing through brick walls.
