Just wanna put it out there that I've finished the anime and thought it was absolutely amazing, actually gave me hope that directors in anime still know how to develop a thriller that's genuinely exciting and suspenseful. Great characters, very well choreographed fights, and the animation wasn't overall too shabby either.

As much as I myself dislike the comparison, I've enjoyed it a lot more than Madoka - very underrated show so far but I keep shilling it to some people I think will enjoy it.

There's an english translation that's currently on the latest volume that came out last month in Japan. It's a light novel so it's not like it'll be particularly heavy read.
