Re-read it recently, and a lot of the complaining seems to come from the arcs on the boat, but honestly apart from it being a little on the long side I think it flowed just fine. Especially with the Falconia stuff peppered in, and getting to see Griffith on his "throne".

Miura's new art "style" is more of a matter of taste, but I want to see it through an entire arc with some more large action scenes before I totally pass judgement. However, frames like pic related are fucking gorgeous to me, so I guess it's whatever floats your boat.

Another thing to take into consideration is that if Miura really totally switched to digital (which I doubt, I've never really seen a source on that, if anyone happens to have one), maybe the haitus this time is being used to get his sea-legs in a new medium.

We'll just have to see whenever 348 drops.
