I want her parents and family to be completely normal. The best backstory for her would be that she became a witch like Akko after seeing Shiny Chariot but from a younger age and put in a lot of work. Then she develops a superiority complex as a defense mechanism after being ridiculed by "real" witches and pledges not to show weakness in the face of adversity.
