Certainly not, but your typical /a/ user is easily able to separate reality from the 2D world. So while they may think niggers, or just brown people in general, are disgusting in real life, they can easily appreciate brown in anime, especially considering that most brown anime characters look exactly the same as all the other anime characters with a different color.

However, posters from /pol/ or other boards who concern themselves with the 3D world, haven't developed this capability yet, so they are more likely to associate something in 2D with something from the real world.
