I've never understood this attitude. If something's popular and most people like it, odds are high that any given random person or OP is going to like it too.

(granted I do think JJBA is somewhat overrated but it's so beloved that I still wouldn't dissuade someone from reading it, as statistically they're likely to enjoy it)
