Will there ever be another anime so mature and made exclusively for grownups?
Ignoring OP's shitty bait, the episode where Saber, Gilgamesh, and Alexander sit around a barrel of wine and talk about what it means to be king was way more interesting than 99.9% of anything else.
That and operator master operating operatingly.
Partly that, good to see the moralfag with no real foundation to her ideals getting BTFO for once, but it was surprisingly good too. Obviously it's not the deepest discussion on what it means to be king but for being an anime I was quite surprised.
Gil was obviously correct, Rider and especially Saber worried waaaay too much about how it should be done, instead of doing it (which is what Gil did later in life, and was considered a great/perfect king).
Team Caster could probably have had some good stuff had they had more development, but they didn't really have much apart from being insane.
Fate isn't mature, i never stated anything like that.
I literally just said that Zero isn't Mature, i didn't imply in any way, shape or form that anything else in fate is mature.
I'm joking you silly goose. I know it's not haibane renmei. It's just funny that some people take its marginally older demographic appeal compared to other works from the franchise so seriously. That's why I'm laughing, not at your argument, but because you are arguing at all.
Her opinion was objectively correct compared to yield other two. The wheel show had to bend itself to the critique of Saber's philosophy, which basically boiled down to her being "too devoted and too trusting." Come. Any serious analysis of the other two would yield much more damming hypocrisy, however the show simply didn't do this.
>I will weep for their death, and I will grieve for them, but I will never regret that I was the cause of it.
>conquering without humiliating
This is just semantic nonsense
Yea even for being a typical >whacky, cooky, shrieking, lunatic badguy with completely flexible and plotwise convenient motives (because he's craaaaaazy XD), it wasn't all bad. Butcher still managed to make it more interesting than what you'd usually see. But like I said, even the better written parts of their characters felt superfluous and out of place. Zero was already very dark and heavy. A genki teen serial murderer just took away from that. It's fitting that the end of casters arc required most of the plot to be put completely on hold for a couple episodes (to defeat le giant city destroying monster!!!)
>didn't really have much apart from being insane.
They were artistically insane
I found him interesting just cause of how passionate he was. That and having a stroner faith than any of the characters from the church, regardless of how twisted it was.
>Partly that, good to see the moralfag with no real foundation to her ideals getting BTFO for once
When does that happen?
Saber is the only character Fate treats as being objectively right all along even she herself acts like she isn't.
It's downright boring to be honest, she's my least favorite character but saying "lol Butcher made Gil right lol" is pure fanfiction.
I really dont think the LN marketed to teens had an older demographic than the original R18 porn game. The popularity of the anime in Japan had more to do with fujoshi than any “mature” following.
But half the cast of Strange Fake are idiots.
You gotta be fucking kidding me
>hey BROS LET'S DRINK
>ZASSHU, this is what real wine is like
>*GULP GULP GULP GULP* BAAAHHHHH
>This shit is pretty good BRO.
>SABER, YOU'RE A LITTLE GIRL
>FUCK OFF. I CAN BEAT YOUR ASS WITHOUT EVEN GETTING OFF MY BIKE
>oh no assassins appeared
>ASSASSIN, KOROSU! ALELELLELELELLELELLELELLELE
