LWA was decent, but its still matter of taste and its not universally appealing - especially in bigger doses. Given netflix money maybe THIS time Trigger will be able to maintain quality in their TV anime (which they usually fail) and it`ll not be a VERY noticable drop from OAV quality - but doubtful.

Aside from the fact story and characters are not actually as great as fans pretend them to be - the issue is a transition to full TV series, most likely resulting in weak story, "filler" episodes and bad pacing. It can turn great still, but chances are against it - Kyousogiga would be recent example (though it actually did expand story good, since unlike LWA the shorts were just teaser for actual story, while in LWA case they rewrite and extend OAV story to stretch it to TV)

And as far "better series this season", there is quite a competition, so it might or not fall on place 5 or even 6, depending on how it performs. Doubt it`ll even be in top 3.

Haven't watched Demi-chan yet, but i read the manga and it's not really that good. It's cute and all but the potential for AOTS is low when you got LWA and Konosuba S2 airing in the same season.

And it's too early to be talking about that anyway when a ton of first episodes didn't even air yet.

My bet will be between LWA, Konosuba, Maid Dragon and Akiba's Strip (I want to believe, after DEEN it will be GONZO's turn to surprise everyone). LWA got a really strong first episode though.

I watch everything, EVERYTHING and then drop it if it didn't click with me regardless of other opinions, the last time I listened to my friends on keeping up with an Anime I got fucking whale wars with a sprinkle of salt from a bitch being rejected.

I rather watch wathever I like or adaptations from shit I liked.

Take me on maid dragon, I haven't enjoyed a kyoani show since Hyouka/Nichijou outside of Tamako market movie, but I love coolkyou stuff so I'll watch maid Dragon hoping for the best and expecting cool visual puns that I can't get in the Manga, I'm not expecting the second coming of Christ, I'm just following the adaptation of something I like. Similar with demi, I'm surprised the studio delivered on subtle stuff like dullahan head movements wich are a big plus for me as a Manga reader.

I'm a Trigger Sakuga fag though so LWA will be a fun ride in that department and stuff like urara calms me after a day at work.

Just watch wathever pleases you, I'm watching Rakugo but sadly no one talks about that shit unless they want e-peenis points for watching it.
