Butcher wrote the prototype of that event but he had to rewrite all of it because Nasu didn't accepted the story which was was to '''''edgy''''' and ''''brutal''''' to be a part of this mobile shitfest. FGO has the hierarchy over other Fate works and over other Type Moon ones as you can see how they changed the poor MB mangaka plot to explain the Lev-Flauros thing.
