>Tyrant lost everything
>Did most of the lifting
>That time where every board on 4chan came to read chapters of AGK
>The mega threads we had
As much as it was edgy shit those were good time.
Did Leone survive?
Are you kidding? I lowered my usual /a/ browsing by 40% because of the faggots who unironically side with the empire or people who share the same mindset because I literally hurt my head trying to explain basic morality and how an Empire like this would be unable to function.
It's impossible to believe an empire that willing to murder first, rape second, and maybe ask questions would NEVER work. Nobody would want to live there, the economy would be in shambles, trade would not exist and I am pretty sure a good third of the soldiers would kill their comrades if someone offered them higher pay.
Fucking lol, glad i didn't stick around
She didn't get any dick?
Waste of best girl
>Unironically thinking anybody sided with the empire for anything other then shitposing
I was cheering for Esdeath most of the time because she was the only thing even half interesting about the this shit series
They really did pork on that fade to black page. Wew.
>the sister sandwich
Truly the real winner of the manga. Uh, aside from losing an organ.
>Turns into Felicia from Darkstalkers
>Still dies anyway
Yup. Didn't even get to hold her husbando's corpse like in the anime. She died cold and alone, while Tatsumi went on to give Mine the Dragon-D for the rest of their happy lives.
So is Tatsumi imortal now?
And if so is he gonna start a dragon horde of teigu and become the invincible immortal emperor of the kingdom once all his family and friends and descendants die in increasingly edgy deaths.
No, its a matter of finishing what I started, simple as that. I did the same with Naruto and Bleach. You invest time into something you don't just drop it just because you start disliking it, you power through like a man and try to see if things get better. If they don't by the end, well that is unfortunate, but its an experience. Good or bad, you need those experiences.
Akame managed to nick her hand.
Esdeath froze time, cut off said hand before the death-curse could spread, and continued fighting with an ice-sword-arm.
Akame unlocked Murasame's Super Mode.
Esdeath eventually broke it.
In that split instant she let down her guard as Murasame's broken blade flew up and fell back down, letting Akame strike, pushing the falling tip into Esdeath's chest.
And so died the Esdeath.
Look at Hitler, Stalin, or France before the revolution.
Hell, A Tale of Two Cities features just this sort of rape by the nobility, and no one accused of being unrealistic in this respect.
>Look at Hitler, Stalin, or France before the revolution.
that's just proving his point
governments like that cannot survive for a long time. They're either conquered by other nations, or they crumble from within due to revolutions and revolts
>many ancient Empires worked like that
not towards their own people, no. Towards conquered people yes, and even when it was just the conquered people who were treated poorly, the empire's rule was tenuous.
>all you would need is something like Religion to justify it.
You would still have to follow the rules of the religion, or at least give the appearance of mostly following the rules. Otherwise the priesthood would speak up, or the commoners would rise up
those empires were fairly hands off to the people they conquered.
>It's impossible to believe an empire that willing to murder first, rape second, and maybe ask questions would NEVER work
Corrupt Rome, Mongols, Nazis, Assyrians, Persians, Ottomans, Babylonians, the Huns, 800's Spain
USAall those subsisted under those traits you described at some point, maybe some more than the others, the thing is 1 - You'll be surprised how many ways; empires, governments, nobles and religions can make the people look the other way by either force or just a sense of security, HELL, AgK empire didn't even had "legal" slavery like Rome, Egypt or USAused to have, And 2 - the show focus on those traits to make the bad guys look, well, evil
Got you too there senpai.
isn't there a similar concept in plato's republic?
When you wake up after having passed out your hearing tends to be the first thing that works by several seconds. She heard his voice before she could move or see so she knew he was there.
So dragons greatest ability is to be able to breed with anything?
Isn't Tyrant supposed to evolve according to it's needs? Breeding with your lifelong mate seems to be the top priority now that there's nothing threatening him.
As I see it, either he adapted to a more humanoid shape or his dragon dick shrank in order to not kill Mine during intercourse
That translation is shit. Japanese lacks noun plurality, therefore it's up to interpretation whether there were multiple children or a single one.
I'm pretty sure she was knocked up before by Tats, and then she got blown the fuck out into a wheelchair. If somehow that didn't vaporize the egg cell then that's the kid they're talking about (1). Unless they were TWINS or even TRIPLETS, which means it's children you're talking about.
I'd personally go with singular since if there were twins I'm pretty sure it would've been mentioned specifically, but then this author is fucking insane so who knows what he actually meant.
It makes a bit more sense in context. Esdeath outplayed Akame by making an ice golem armour body. Since Akame had to commit all of her strength to cut through the golem body, the path of her attack became easy to read. At the last second, Esdeath melted the armour and caught the sword between her hands, freezing and breaking Akame's katana. The pieces fly up into the air.
Akame then ran back for Esdeath's sword, grabbing it and launching a full on strike with it. Esdeath lost focus on the katana pieces, because she thought Akame was trying for a desperate strike and was disappointed that it would be easy for to avoid the stab. Of course, Akame outplayed Esdeath because she was actually aiming for the falling hilt of her poison katana, which still had some jagged piece of the blade on it. Esdeath is clearly surprised when she gets stabbed in the chest.
Afterwards, Akame admits that if Esdeath hadn't used up so much energy fighting everybody else, she wouldn't have had the opening she needed to kill her. It's still not a great death, but it isn't a complete asspull.
These tits cannot die. I refuse to believe they did.
Ha ha holy shit they actually went there.
>Mine had gotten pregnant on that sofa
I FUCKING TOLD YOU FAGGOTS but you didn't listen.
No that's accurate. 24/7/365 raping. No need to worry about any potential weak child being carried to term from inferior stock. Instead they go for the hardier stock they need for their nomadic and barbarian lifestyle by raping dwarves and humans to gain new orcs.
>neighboring kingdom that manages to stalemate with Esdese's army on the border didn't take advantage of a country torn up
>the Kingdom went smooth
>no other established kingdoms pushing on others
>everything nice and dandy
A Empire just disappeared, why the hell is it so smooth?
Was too busy circlejerking about Tyrant to listen.
7/10 Overall. Relies far too much on edgy shock-value early on, digging back into that well at parts towards the end. But it still had some excellent action sequences, and likeable character moments.
Dragon Dick End is 200/10
Fuck it Faiz, let's just headcanon that by the time Akame gets back from curing her curse, she finds Leone there, having pulled herself back from the brink. Not like it's that hard to imagine, seeing as she did it several times before.
>Everything could have been avoided if the other guy won the throne dispute over the kid relative
7/10, would be a 6/10 if it was worse than the anime ending.
Jesus christ you guys are generous. It had nice fights and cute girls but the story was uneven as hell. That whole business with Wild Hunt brought the whole manga down IMO
>Jesus christ you guys are generous.
Yeah, I'll admit to that.
>That whole business with Wild Hunt brought the whole manga down IMO
Agreed. The manga had been seemingly growing out of the "Edginess for Shock Value" that characterized its beginning, but the Wild Hunt brought it right back, to the detriment of the story for the most part. Only decent thing to come of them was Esdeath and Tatsumi on the deserted island, which was a cute bit.
Started off well and plummeted around Budo/Prime ministers son.
Anime showed us it was going to be shit too. The author couldn't even bother to think up new non garbage ideas for the manga in the time between the anime and now.
Eh I had my fun for awhile, so I won't put it any lower than the 7. Had worse disappointments than Akame. I was alright with Wild Hunt, but the conclusion for it was terrible.
>the hand was "all she needed"
S-she just wanted to hold hands, right?
look at feudal history. rulers and the elites were dickheads. working vassals to their death and held them in debt bondage or sent them to war.
hell, civilizations used to run on slavery.
So I found myself in a dire need for some dragon semen stories, any recommendations?
I'm in a strange mixture of laughter and nausea right now.
What a novel reaction.
>why the fuck is Tatsumi a dragon now
His armor was made from a dragon and always alive, constantly evolving, slowly working its way back to its full form. Tatsumi forced the process to get more power to take down the Emperor's Mecha, then Akame killed the spirit of the dragon so that Tatsumi could live on in its body.
>why is Akame's name in the title if she doesn't fucking matter
Well, she's the one who finally beat Esdeath, so that's... something?
I was seriously surprised at how well the ending was done. It felt like the manga was going downhill for a while but the long, narrated epilogue was an ending better than many manga pull off. Many barely tie any loose ends up.
>no Wild Hunt cover
How come my bro's don't ever get any respect?
I don't know about anyone else, but I kind of liked the alchemist. She had some cool scenes with Honest.
>I was seriously surprised at how well the ending was done.
>the long, narrated epilogue was an ending better than many manga pull off.
No, he and the rest of the Super Jobber Squad 6 died a long time ago.
Shitposting aside, are you niggas literally retarded? It is said that she was already pregnant, so if anything she had a twin or some shit like that
Would it have been better if he actually dicked Esdeath and changed sides?
I think it would have been a better if he had at least temporarily joined the Jaegers, maybe helped them take down Wyld Hunt, made friends with some of them, and then rejoined Night Raid later on.
That could have had a decent emotional impact as he ended up fighting with the Jaegers and it would have allowed Takahiro to expand their backstories, personalities and make us care a bit more for them.
Overall I'd say it averages a 5.5/10 or maybe a 6 if I'm feeling generous.
The first half until the introduction of Wild Hunt was probably an 8/10. After Wild Hunt it dropped to a 7. During the whole "rescue Tatsumi" arc which culminated with Budo's fight it dropped to maybe a 3 or 4 and never came back up.
God Bless that world and its bizarre sexual dimorphism.
Just goes to show how bad some manga are at giving epilogues. If they'd given us a shitty one liner ending and never told us anything about Suzuka or Wave, or Tatsumi's village or how the kingdom fared, it wouldn't have surprised me at all.
Isn't this how it's normally done tho?
I updated it, now it's perfect
Purportedly methyl cellulose
Not sure what OPERA uses.
Now this is something else
>Someone better screencap this.
fuck off reddit
>Or more hardcore videos involving goo
The good ones with a lot of goo are made by Opera, specifically
>OPRD-008, OPRD-012, OPRD-017, OPRD-027, OPRD-036, OPRD-055, OPRD-061
and Wairudosaido, specifically
>DXA-01, DXA-02, DXA-03, DXA-04, DXA-05, DXA-06, DXA-07
Also MIDD-952 if you like Hitomi Tanaka.
There are more extensive lists, but they're disorganized/incomplete.
Excellent. Now somebody post that to the author's twitter.
Save this for any future threads (unlikely).
remember best boy
i know its mangafox. shut up im lazy.
TL note: Dragon = Tatsumi. Human = Mein.
Children = Y
He was only second best. Champ was the actual best.
How strong even is dragon tats now?
I thought he became a whole lot weaker when the tyrant died.
I am not even sure if he has that hax lifeforce shit or if he even is as strong as second form incursio.
Now THIS is a proper send-off for /A/gK.
You don't want to open that can of worms.
MINE PUSSY DESTROYED! WAIFU FAGS BTFO!
Great way to close her sub-plot with a bittersweet ending. She need to carry the weight of her killings, yet found happiness thanks to Wave and her lifespan has been expanded. I've always liked her character better anyway than the fact of how cute she is.
Faiz declares that the cat-lady entered into some Super-Feline Hybernation to heal herself, like Superman after Doomsday, eventually awakening 'round the time Akame gets back from her trip.
>Esdeath didn't win
>Akane didn't win
>Leone didn't win
>But Tatsumi turns into a mother fucking dragon
>Not a cool one, but an ugly ass motherfucking dragon
Nobody is happy, but at least, people won't be as mad anymore.
Haha! in your ass Minefags!!
Why didn't Esdeath fuse with her Teigu instead of dying?
So why didn't Mine fuse with her Teigu instead of falling into a coma?
WHY DIDN'T ANYONE ELSE FUSE WITH THEIR TEIGU IF IT'S APPARENTLY SO FUCKING EASY.
The distinction is made with the factor of "Transformation" and other direct body modifications that came with Tatsumi and Leone's teigu.
In theory, Wave could have to, if ever pushed to that point. Though he likely would have just become one with his armor, as Grand Chariot was noted as lacking the rapid evolutionary capability of Incursio.
>Implying Esdeath didn't convert her body into ice at the end to save herself from the curse
>Implying she didn't reform like Cell as a Yuki-onna
She's a good girl, accepting her loss to both Esdeath and Mine. She'll wait until Mine dies of natural causes and then reclaim Tats.
OMG I finally get it. The entirety of Akame Ga Kill exists just to facilitate the creation of these two posts. We were wrong about it. There's no two ways about it; the series is now a timeless masterpiece.
>no Tatsumi for you
>watch Suzuka using you hand for.. well, lets say "pleasant procedures"
Edeath got the worst possible end.
>Every NightRaid dies except last 5
>Tatsumi is a monster that will watch his family age and die long before he will.
>Mine is crippled by dragon dick and never sees Tatsumi's real face ever again.
>Leone dies like a dog in an alley.
>Boss dies from lung cancer. She never scored.
>Akame fucks off to BongoBongo Land.
Best Girl finally got the JUSTICE she deserved hallelujah!
Is this what it feels to have a waifu? I want Akame to be happy. I want to be that annoying fucker who somehow always find her. I want to be that incompetent fucker who will stick with her despite all of the harsh comments from her. I want to train so that i wont be that much of a burden to her. I want to travel with her until she slowly warms up. How are you guys coping with the despair that you'll never be with her, that you will always be a retarded manchild shitposting on 4chan?
Was absolutely mediocre up until the part where Wave mans up and saves his waifu, then was mediocre again.
Just because you're willing to kill all your characters, doesn't mean you should.
End of an era. I'm both sad and overjoyed. I will miss this series.
Semen bath is a connoisseur's fantasy bukkake.
Posting best page of the final fight.
>best girl dies
>worst girl lives and have babies ever after
Do you like:
>Edgy as fuck setting played for max shock value and nothing else
>Cool character designs and some nice characters to go with them
>Modest amount of fanservice
>Well-drawn and composed action scenes
If you answered "Yes" to let's say 3 of these points or more, yes, you'll likely find it worth picking up.
With that body she can have 10 more
Why must best girls always die or get the short end of the stick in nipland...?
