Not really. This manga got boring super quickly, since it's nothing but LOL RAPE, CAN'T WIN AGAINST THE DICK XD. And there are mountains of rape/mindbreak porn, with less censorship and better quality, so it's nothing amazing.
Also there are many other series where MC fucks multiple girls. Although in these most often everyone acts like a sex-crazed fiend, resulting in, again, subpar porn with an excuse plot.

It seems as if the concept/definition of NTR may have changed somewhat over the past years. For certain reasons I have been away for a while.
A number of years ago, you wouldn't have heard the term applied to regular anime/manga at all. "NTR" was a fetish/genre of hentai. The whole appeal of it (to those who are into this kind of thing) is the emotional thrill of having your girl stolen from you and fucked by another man right in front of you, and the more she enjoys it the better. Which is why NTR was often coupled with mindbreak/rape type stuff. It is a hard thing to describe, but basically it is impossible to produce this emotional effect unless it is the MC who gets NTR'ed. If the MC is the one stealing the girl from someone else, then the entire quality/flavor of it changes.

I have noticed however since returning to /a/ that people throw around the term a lot more often, and in situations where it really does not fit. I guess sometimes definitions can change, and meanings can shift like that.
