so apparently Gohan's potential unlock power up from Elder Kai grants him a "Super Saiyan 3 level boost in power". ultimate Gohan's power is far greater than SS3 Goku's in that saga. Does this mean if Gohan had turned SS3 he would have been stronger than Goku at SS3? If so that would make no sense considering Goku and Vegeta at SS2 were stronger than SS2 Gohan during the Buu Saga and even SS2 Cell Saga Gohan.

Like when Gohan first becomes "SSJ2" It wasn't really a "new form" As far as we know Gohan just pushed Super Saiyan to a new maximum. But then Goku clearly seperates them into "SSJ, SSJ2, and SSJ3." which slowly removes SSJ from being a viable form.

If I recall correctly Toriyama mentioned that he regrets going beyond SSJ and I think SSJB is his way of making plain old SSJ the default once again. It's basically exactly the same appearance aesthetically, just with a more ethereal aura.

Why is being a sneaky cunt a bad thing for a villain? Cell should've been way smarter and use a lot more tricks and techniques in his fights. Being the combination of the greatest warriors kinda implies that. Instead he just relied on "hurr let's power up some more" which, albeit typical for DBZ, was kinda disappointing for a character who had so many techniques at his disposal. Him being the combination of different fighters never amounted to anything. His Jrs just spammed attacks that did nothing and he himself talked about "hurr I can survive in space like Frieza" as if that ever mattered.
