Yan attacking Zhao is probably one of the best things Qin could ask for to increase the levels of uncertainty on the battlefield and distract from their true objective of attacking the capital. Zhao is fugged.

It is very popular, but amongst the audience that is busy actually reading manga and watching anime. There is an occasional thread but the contents are not like the wallowing the the other shounen or waifu series threads.
