To be fair maybe Victor and Yuuri can be a bit hard to pin down because of development and how parts of themselves are revealed throughout the episodes. Yuuri can be confident sometimes, but can also be an anxiety-ridden mess at other times, etc. It's like how early Baldfat doujins will probably be considered out of character now since they were written/drawn before the latter half of the show.
