It's a bit difficult since not all artists tag their shit.

First you have to find artists who have drawn your waifu or are into the series like what others anons above me have said. You could do this by following pixiv links since some of them post their twitter account, or typing their Japanese names in the twitter search function.
Then look through their follow list and the posts they've retweeted if it relates to your waifu and follow other artists from there. It's all about networking when it comes to twitter.

If your waifu is unpopular and obscure then this will be almost close to impossible, unfortunately.
