I played this piece of shit twice just for Ohtsuka and Sugita, the English VAs were okay but Ohtsuka just kills Kiefer. Kaz's English VA was actually decent and the best of the dub.

Sugita still beats him by a narrow margin for me.

Just learn Japanese already, or at least enough to understand raw games. I've played so many games on my PS2 that never got an English release, you just have to kind of figure out the menus and memorize them.

in mgs2 jp raiden has a man voice, in the dub he sounds like a homo & this plus the shitty way they translated the dialogue is a large part of why he was so hated

mgs2 jp had akio voicing both solid and solidus snake so the idea that he's actually solid snake and pliskin isn't is almost maybe something you could believe. but hayter can only do one voice because he's a hack so instead they just cast some other guy as solidus

mgs3 casts the most important character in the game (the boss) as the voice of the reporter woman from family guy, makes it impossible to take seriously once you make that connection
