A student is helping his genius (but otaku) friend create a machine that allows anyone to insert themselves into a setting of a video game (kinda like the episode of Jimmy Neutron where Jimmy and his friends insert themselves into the game and the game also responded to them according). The machine is a learning computer that creates the setting based on the game you wish to select upon, and the computer will allow "players" that it scans (inside of chamber, it will scan the body of the user and send down a helmet down their head where their consciousness will be inside) and send into the setting (but they won't be the protagonist since the protagonist is already part of the setting) as their own character. Otaku genius friend pushes his friend into the chamber on purpose to test him as a guinea pig. The student finds himself... in a fucking eroge.

Our main character finds himself in the world of eroge as told by his friend. Even though he is not really the MC of the eroge and the game literally inserted him into the setting as his own game character (so he doesn't end up as generic mc number infinity, instead, the actual mc still exists, just the inserter does not become him), through constant complaints, the genius complies and attempts to bring our student out. Our friend fall limp after taking out the body out of the chamber and helmet. Our main character's consciousness is still inside. The genius tells him not to worry, he will find out the problem and put the protagonist through an IV injection (why he has it, because his parents are doctors, he is able to sneak medication without anyone noticing). Until then, our protagonist has to wait until our genius can revert the mc's consciousness back into his own body with intervals periodically announced. Because this is a learning computer, the setting will adapt according based on the influence of our protagonist. What will happen as our protagonist being bored and eventually being active within the eroge as he's installing his own common sense into everything he finds to be wrong? And what will happen when the computer will adapt the game's setting because of him?

Protagonist is some depressed NEET who gave up on life and attempted to commit suicide, yet failed and ended up in a coma. Upon killing himself, he awakens to what appears to be a loading screen - except he's inside it. He starts looking around and notices there's a bunch of people there too. They all seemed to be as clueless and scared as him. After the percentage reaches 100, this grim reaper type character shows up and announces the beginning of the game: Limbo. He starts explaining on how their physical bodies are all stuck in comas from failed attempts, and the rules as well: to prove themselves worthy to live. MC and the rest will undergo several obstacles and difficulties which will draw out the entirety of their personalities and true intentions, both good and bad. Those who lose or willingly off themselves in the game can no longer regain their physical bodies and thus, they will eventually rot away; and those who win get a second chance and understanding of the value of life and death, and most importantly, themselves.

Viewers are watching an otaku play a Fate video game that is set within modern day New York City. A 31 year old police detective is called in to investigate the murder of a historian that seems to be connected to a case of serial murders going on in the city. Okay, lets see.

A NEET goes about his daily life doing nothing special at all. He does odd jobs here and there to get by and pay his rent, but he doesn't really go anywhere far from his home. His world, is exactly like ours. Or so he thought.
One day he wakes up and realises how uneventful and boring this life is, so he starts to go on bicycle rides around town and slowly starts to branch out, riding his bike every week even further and further, going to new and interesting places. It starts out as a man looking to have more fun in his boring life, but things start to change. The further he gets from his home town, the stranger people act. One week out, he goes further than he has ever been. And sees a strange looking train, that stops next to a strange looking boat filled with hordes of people wearing strange clothing, armor and even weapons. Most of it strange futuristic variants. Confused at first, he decides to follow the people and hop on that same train, thinking this is exactly what he was looking for to make his dull, monotonous life more enjoyable.
Only, the further the train goes, the stranger the world becomes. Until the train stops in what looks like the ruins of Tokyo. Monsters litter the streets and the buildings, strange creatures flying through the air, and the people he was with, using guns, magic and bizarre futuristic tech to go to war with these monsters.
It'd be extremely lovecraftian and have very hard old school magic with rituals and enchanting.

Later on it is revealed his entire world is nothing more than a magical simulation of earth used as a training program. Essentially a video game used to simulate the apocalypse, and the real world looks a lot like these simulations, and the people in them are the next generation of soldiers. In reality, the world was infected with a magical virus called Aether. Which is essentially ancient reality jumping eldritch horrors. And NEET-kun is just an NPC in this game world. However, the simulation was created using Aether magic and powered by a tear in reality caused by the Eldritch Horrors, so it's not really that surprising he came to life.
Eventually he finds out how to leave the gaming world, and because he was created through the same shit the Eldritch Horrors were created by, he becomes a Trainer to the next generation of soldiers as he himself learns Spooky Eldritch Horror Magic to test the soldiers.
The anime would focus on both worlds. The Simulated World would be training and action. While the real world would be end of the world slice of life.
Season 2 would be real world end of the world war shit.

Video Gamey enough OP? Obviously based it on the secret world video game

The anime is about DotA, the greatest and most dangerous game ever made.
The MC is just a normal boy who happens to stumble upon DotA when he was looking for game recommendations.

One day, when he finished playing a match, he received a strange message saying he was invited to a secret underground DotA tournament where big prizes are rewarded while also accompanied with big risks. When he clicked the accept button that appeared, he was suddenly transported to a strange world. He later realized that he was in an alternate space where all other Alternate Universes converge with each other.

In that world, he teams up with 4 guys and who are in the same situation as him, except that the other guys have powers and MC was the only normal person. MC also meets a girl who happens to like him for no reason, which MC finds strange and annoying.

They battle enemies that also have powers like stopping time, reading minds, delaying senses etc. etc.

They compete with other teams as they rely on each other, until MC learned that his teammates are actually horrible players if they don't rely on their strange power. Which killed the only girl MC knows through a risky bet.
Her final words were
>D-don't be sad, MC-kun... I'll always be with you.

MC hardly cared for the girl but he was concerned with his team. So MC decides to train them without relying on their powers and it turns out that MC is their team's best player if no powers are involved.

In the final battle they fight the team with the most ridiculous power of all, Time Reversal.
The fight lasted 5 episodes and consisted of MC and friend's monologue about not relying on powers and using skill and teamwork instead.

They played so well against the enemy that the enemy was forced to give up after 1000 times of reversing time and in the end they became champion and each of them were granted one wish.

MC wished to travel other dimensions freely to find other worthy opponents.
He got his wish. The girl is still dead.

A boy falls in love with a girl.

Gods, being celestial beings and way, way too overpowered created earth and humanity with it as an outlet for their desire so they didn't destroy the realm of the gods. However, due to how powerful they were, they had to create avatars so they didn't destroy earth as well. Basically living dolls they possess and live out lives on Earth, these dolls hold all the powers of the gods, but basically only 1% or even less than they actually have in reality. They're called Demi's or Avatars.

And so, earth in the end was basically a video game for gods in which they use earth as what is essentially a chess board to settle disputes that generally happen in the realm of the gods. These are usually petty, but end in major battles on earth. Which usually results in massive loss of life.
At the same time, the demon and evil celestial being races use this as an excuse to piss off the gods in petty ways and create their own avatars to fuck with humans.

The story follows Asura. The god of Wrath, Physical Strength, Gains and Fitness (Yes, I know that that isn't correct). However, Asura has gotten board with the Earth game and prefers to tune into mindless Earthly desires, such as anime and manga. Now living in a small apartment with Thor, the two best friends fuck around all day. And sometimes get mixed up in god shenanigans. With the occasional Loki being an ass hole and crossdressing and using gender bending magic just like in those old tales because he's a weird ass hole and fucking with Asura and Thor.

It'd be a mix of Dark Comedy, Action and Adventure with bits of Slice of Life between random gods here and there.

Four hopeless hiki/neets with no friends but each other hang out endlessly in a semi-abandoned MMO game where they all have adorable futa-loli avatars. There was a glitch in alpha where you could rapidly click the Male and Female choice button and get a combined body model, which was later patched out of the retail release. These four are the last ones on the server with the alpha glitch body type, and they like having the distinction.

One day they meet up with a very strange girl, who they save from a monster. She tells them she's from another dimension, and that she's been searching for heroes to defeat the Dark Lord of Chaos who is destroying her homeland. Thinking she's a quest NPC they agree, only to find themselves teleported to a Fantasy Kingdom by the girl, who reveals herself to be the Last Holy Fairy.

Not realizing she was in a game world, the Holy Fairy incarnates the four would-be heroes in thier game avatar modes... futa bits and all.

Now the four have to learn to use thier new bodies (not like that), control thier powers, and seduce the Evil Lord's generals. Subdue! Subdue the Evil Lord's generals. Right.

The god of games takes washed up pro gamers and returns them to their prime. He informs them that if they ever want to be relevant in the world of games again, then they must compete in his new world of games. The catch is that only the best gamer will be able to return to the real world to become the best gamer. The other proffessional gamers will be forever trapped in the world of games to be used as experiments in order to further improve the world of games. The world of games is a hardcore mmo. The gamers are able to create multiple avatars, but once an avatar dies, they are completely reset. Players become their avatar when they start the game. They can log off of their avatars and go to their game lobby, but it leaves their avatar behind and they can be killed. When an avatar dies, it drops items equivalent to the worth of 10% of their characters value. Characters do not have levels, only character value. Items, gold, skills, and stats all increase character value. The goal of the game is to retrieve 5 items that are spread throughout the world and to fuse those items to enter a portal to fight the final boss. If a player retrieves 1 of the items, then his location is shown to all other players. Follow protag as he uses his skills in order to win in the world of games.

Our MC somehow was summoned to another world, but was killed immediately because the summoner used the spell that summon demon king (later it revealed that another motherfucker influenced and summoned both him and "him" in another universe who is the true demon king at the same time and same place, so that made 2 of them became one).

That demon king have all fucking abilities, and the MC is a normalfag, so when they fusioned, he have all abilities, include immortal and healing factor, but all of them are level 1, so he had a month cried like a bitch until he recovered .

After that, he became an edgelord, and went to a forest to level up, but his life is suck, he realized he can't level up because he isn't the "true" owner of those skills, and he can just increase his stats and find weapon.

Then he heard a rumor abour a sealed cave have so much rare item and money, so he used the ability "destroy seal" in a whole month, and of course, like notArifureta, he find a powerful waifu level 1000.

Now I thought I can change this edgy story to harem trash, but the kingdom found out about that waifu because why the fuck not, and tried to kill her.

The MC was almost killed because the army incinerated the entire forest to force his waifu appeared. His waifu saw that, and let his hand hold a knife, and puncture herself (at first MC haven't trust her yet and didn't tell about his ability, because that is his only weapon fight against her if she is evil).
His waifu told him continuously everything is daijobu because she saw him heal himself once and knew he has a healing ability, so if he kill her, he can have a ton of exp and max level that ability to survive.

He try to tell her, but his throat isn't here anymore.

He try to recover, but his ability is goddamn trash and can't do anything now.

This is the beginning of a story about a man who has limitless power, but at the same time, each abiily is so weak that can rounding down zero

A comedy. It's a video game reincarnation isekai story, but only for the female lead.
The story is from the point of view of the male lead, who she latched onto at an early age as her destined love interest.
She often says a lot of metaplot stuff about levels and skills and flags, and the entire world basically humors and/or ignores her. To most people she's kind of like a much-less-obnoxious Haruhi, but the male lead is kind of her Kyon and takes the brunt of it. He gets pulled into her antics all the time, so the story is basically him having to get strong in a fantasy world played fairly straight.

Episodes start or end with a "NNNN days before the revival of the Demon Lord" counter. The show starts with the main characters as 12 year olds and the counter is over 1000. Part of the point is that it won't make it to that; it's a show that alternates between slice of life chuuni antics and serious foreshadowing, but since the female lead is meta-aware, she keeps trying to derail the plot in one direction and actually derailing it in another.
LoGH-narrator-voice sometimes explains the (altered by FeMC) future exploits of side characters.

There's this Japanese nationalistic NEET obsessed with guns and wargames, he downloads a weird strategy game ambiented in WWII. The game is very good, realistic designs of weapons and everything and some weird details about history characters that no one could know about, but he doesn't mind and he plays and completes the Axis campaign wit a victory for Imperial Japan.

The next day, he realizes that the world around him has changed. He's not a neet anymore, he's kinda fit and well clean and shaved, and all the world around him has warped. Imperial Japan is still a thing, Russia, China, Korea and other places are colonies, Nazis rule most of Europe. He's doing military service, and that's why he's fit and shaved.

Very soon, he finds out that Imperial Japan is actually a mess. To get a hold of things, they're in a state of constant war in multiple places in the world. He soon realizes the strict life of a fascist regime that can barely sustain himself sucks after all, so he has to fix everything.

The problem is that in the new world Japan's anime industry is mostly non existant. That includes videogames, the cursed videogame he played included. He then plans to remake the game, and for that he has to revive Japan's lost culture.

In the end he struggles with making things normal again because it would imply that the atomic bombs are dropped again in Japan, no idea what would he do.
