Nothing at first, but in Shippuden Sasori probably would have killed his grandma, who wouldn't have revived Gaara, leaving Suna without a Kazekage. Kankuro would be dead too, so Temari would be the last one of the trio.

Also, maybe Sasuke would have stayed in Konoha, too traumatized to go full edge, and would have been less shit in general.
