Personally, I think it's lost. Ripple has always been a social outcast and works part-time jobs to pay for everything. I'm sure while it may be weird, it's still possible for a one-armed person to continue working. Besides, LoM compensation money makes up for it.

If somehow it was such that La Pucelle managed to retain his memory, it would just put more of a burden on his mind, as well as the outcome of La Pucelle vs Cranberry being fixed due to La Pucelle's indesire to deal a proper killing blow due to his idealogy of ideal magical girls helping others coupled with his young age.
