Didn't she just kind of drop off the map towards the beginning of the fate route? I imagine it'd just mean she got stuck in the clutches of the Worm that Walks until one of the two dies. If this is several years later, she'd either be super cynical and mind-broken, or worse, kill zouken and become some dark goddess.

Personally I'm in favor of her having one bastard daughter so that Protag!son can get in on the VN action, while simultaneously becoming a nascent Dead Apostle and just being kind of yandere, but that's just my shitty taste.
