Not so. Most of Mob's fanbase are fujo. It attracts a lot of the same audience as sports manga and also a healthy number of shotacon.

OPM is practically all spics and low powerlevel shounenfags. It's basically the same audience as DB Super.

There's some crossover but not as much as you think. The appeal of each show is fundamentally different, since one focuses on dickwaving an overpowered superhero and the other focuses on the emotional problems of a preteen boy with thick thighs.
