Nah just read the manga.
None of the adaptations really do it justice, old ones will feel dated, and 2016 is just terrible animation wise.
Movies are about the same quality as the 2016 series.

If you want to get into Berserk, either read the manga, which is the best option, or watch de 97 TV adaptation or you could do both. Either way, do not watch the movies or the 2016 anime, they are garbage.
