New Fate Grand Order anime thread
How long until the rest is animated?
I hope Wicker Man gets to be in the rest of the OVAs.
She was already dead. Sending her to the sun seemed cruel, but she would've ceased to exist regardless.
>she has no body in the present
>that past would've ceased to exist and so would she
A sacrifice to show the gravity of the situation. And Nasu is a dick.
She was the wake up call for this story, and the first twist. Killing off a named character like that means a lot more than those nobodies up front.
Shows that shit is serious, you're on your own.
Also it was so that Roman could be in charge. Which he needed to be in order to solve the case.
>And Nasu is a dick.
Here I thought Nasu loves cats.
That animation was so Deen tier that I actually wish Saber Alter wasn't animated. Looking forward to seeing Solomon and his bullshit animated with Caster Gilgamesh. I just want it to look less like shit. At least I got to see what Galahad looks like now besides his face being covered up.
Lord Camelot is literally unbreakable by anything as long as the user doesn't lose heart. Excalibur is basically the smallest thing it ever blocked
Goetia's world breaking attack is as strong as a billion Excaliburs literally, and Lord Camelot still blocked it. They literally had Galahad's shield block something directly called the strongest thing ever, just to prove that it could for anyone that still doubted him, there is nothing it can't block as long as the user is proper.
Galahad's shield is the center of the Round Table itself, it is the symbol of all of Camelot. As long as the user stays pure the castle walls will never crumble, and never break.
In Camelot of FGO, Arthuria became a goddess and wielded a world destroyed spear basically, and Lord Camelot still stopped her attack and held against it long enough for Bedivere to stop Arthuria.
Could Lord Camelot tank a full power Ea from CCC Gil?
What did he mean by this? Like how?
>Hey, I finally got summoned under a Class that let me win, so next time please summon me back to the usual Class that gets me sudoku'd
jesus what a fuckin let down, after the fucking introduction he gave I was ready for some high level torture porn shit to go down, infinite death my ass she was done screaming after like 6 seconds
Also FGO can't retcon anything. Since as said they use different systems to summon, each grail war to date have their own rules and specifics.
>I thought only Hassan could be Assassin
Only in Fuyuki war system, and even then its because they set it up that way specifically.
The director helped set the whole thing up. She's anything but irrelevant. She's cute and had the potential to be a main heroine anyways and killing her with infinite death shit is edgy and shallow way to make things seem serious. At least she deserves better.
It's based on a mobage, anon. The whole point is to collect cute girls.
I'm sure when they want to squeeze some extra money though, they'll bring her back as something to roll on. Possessed or whatever, like how they're doing with the non-servant Fate characters.
You're confusing plot relevance and personality. As a character she is irrelevant. In fact, that's the point of her getting killed: to drive home that the situation is supposed to be really bad that a key individual like her gets offed.
Yes, that is indeed what I just said.
>infinite death shit is edgy and shallow way to make things seem serious.
The reverse is also true; letting her live just for the sake of waifu isn't any better. Her death makes for bigger plot impact.
>The director helped set the whole thing up.
Materials show she's pretty useless actually. She's well meaning, but useless. She just inherited things after her dad died, tried to run it but really she relies on them all Roman does most of the work, she relies on Lev for the rest. She's doesn't have the potential to be a master.
Her good parts are that she'll worry about things until her hair starts coming out, but she'll still do the right thing in the end. Also for a magus she's not evil.
She's also kind of Akiha. When she found out her dad was running cruel experiments on some created humans she fretted about it for months thinking that the one that survived would eventually take revenge on her, but she still gave that kid a job in her facility.
>shitting over F/GO all the time
>it's actually good
Just. This is villainous OVA for advertising gachashit, but I can't resist anymore. Vile TM bastards. Why they made F/GO gachashit? Why not SMT4 like MMO or something at least?
That means she has potential to be a heroine and turn around the family's legacy by working hard without relying on Lev then. One can tell from the anime that she has a kind heart and means well.
Killing her is just a waste.
It is what it is. FGO can always bring her back. There's a bit of talk at BL about her maybe coming back in future GO chapters. That is to say, it's not impossible for some Olga love.
Olga-Marie is best girl.
She's super cute in the 'Learn with Manga! FGO' series too!
It's what happens when he's free of Rank E luck and cruel Masters.
Also, Galahad's sillouette made him look like a complete shota fuccboy. I was kind of hoping for a big buff heroic motherfucker, but I guess since he's supposed to be the ultimate Mary Sure, looking like Kirito isn't so bad.
Can't wait to read loli Olga.
This is cute, heartwarming, and depressing all at the same time. Is there any more?
Here's the entire translated series, It's pretty damn funny and she play a pretty large role.
I want to bully the former Director.
>The director helped set the whole thing up.
She did nothing. Lev and Roman did all the heavy lifting and she was just a pretty face without actual talent and who loses her shit in crisis. She's portrayed OOC in the OVA because in Fuyuki, the shitter who gets told a lot was her, by (you) no less. The only one showing her some kind of compassion was Roman, but Roman is nice to everyone. Her dad was the one who set the whole thing up. She didn't even have talent to be a Master. I'm just floored at the amount of secondaries trying to push her when she is forgotten and (you) don't care she died at all. Unlike Mashu or Roman, Guda didn't give a shit about Olga. She was just some cunt who he barely met.
Don't bully cute Olga.
You know you aren't being fair. She wouldn't be a side character if she wasn't killed off.
She's on her late 20s and she's in love with Lev. The only heroine in this work is Mashu.
It's been a year and half and she's not back. She's in other works, but FGO doesn't need her. She was just a footnote in Fuyuki, and a meme character. But she has not the lasting emotional power of Mashu, Roman or Fou who were the ones that stuck with (you) through over a year of adventures and journey.
ASTOLFO A CUTE
It sounds to me like you have some bias against this character, who, either way, I don't really give a shit about, but I wanna lay a fact down for you.
This is a mobage. If there's a demand for a character, they will sell it.
There's no demand for the character though. It's also confirmed again everyone who died in the explosion remained dead by finale, and the injured ones are still recovered. Same as usual. Da Vinci is running things now.
Marie is cute. That's all she needs to be. If you are really a FGOfag then you wouldn't be bothered by people getting attached to "shallow" characters. T-M churns out new characters and servants whenever it pleases them and just continue on with whatever story they make up. Mobage is all about enjoying characters that you like.
Well clearly someone wants her, since that's what this thread is talking about right now.
She's a cute anime girl. No one wants to see them die, at least not before a few doujins get put out.
Anon, you need to stop making these kind of extreme assumption. The guy didn't 'hate' the character, he's merely shitting on the people who likes her based on some superficial shit.
Speaking of Roman, I wonder if they're gonna find someone new to do his job, or just have Da Vinci do it.
>There's no demand for the character though.
How do you know that? Ogla has a sizeable fanbase for a mere side character who wasn't able to do much. She has a fair amount of fanart from twitter alone.
>Waaa waa why gatcha
Because it was the format that worked best and actually allowed them to do this. You can't appreciate that, but it is definitively true. No other format would have allowed for anything close.
This is your Leonardo da Vinci for the night.
Not him, but are you kidding? The guy who came is lashing at people and bashing the character (Olga). He definitely has it out for her for no reason. It's like the thought of a side character who having a bit of a cult following upsets him.
This. It's a deconstruction of FSN:
>Tsundere oujo character is ten years older than MC, in love with a demon and is a failure. Dies in the prologue to be never brought up again.
>Famous king Heroic Spirit whom the protagonist bonds with and has one of the closest relationships isn't genderswapped (even if there are still dumb as fuck genderswaps), also to sacrifice themselves in the end even if leaves protagonist crying uselessly.
It's all to shill the kouhai character. She doesn't have serious competition this time.
MMO's are dead, also no. They originally tried making Apoc an MMO, which is why it died.
With mobile you can put out any kind of game and get the grant, whales will keep supporting the game which allows it to keep going, a format where you aren't guarnateed the reward each time means more money which means it can go to the product as a whole(ten new fate anime happening right now is proof), the fact that its a type of game that never ends means more servants can always be added and it can keep going
MMOs are dated shit, most kids have gone mobile which does guarantee more of a userbase. Also a console game that simply has DLC added is also dead six months after its out, it couldn't have kept going.
Any other way they released this and it wouldn't have finished the first few orders before being dead. Even the way they did it, it had to continuously be funded big time in order to be completed.
Also the product improved a fucking lot due to feedback from the fans constantly, the initial product would have been shit if it was a console game with DLC like some way. The game only got good due to feedback and them putting everything into it after awhile after it proved super successful. The fact that it started out as half a product only helped it, because the reception is what improved it each step and gave it more funds.
I never understood the obsession with genderswaps myself. It's fine to do it once or twice, but after 60% of famous men are not-so-secretly women is just too fucking much. Trannies like Leo are OK. He is actually a dude.
I hate tryhards who make assumptions and generalizes for no reason.
I'm surprised at the fact I haven't seen attitude like yours when Shuten was getting a ton of hype. Or the recent Jeanne Lily.
Forgot my image.
Fate built its success off of turning King Arthur into a girl. I can understand wanting to put lightning in a bottle again.
There's also the issue that there are simply less well known female figures that they can get people to spend money on.
I will agree it's bullshit.
>Expected her to git gud, be more than a support and eventually become a bro with protag
>Expected her to summon Lancer and go on adventures with protag and the pink autist and become cool buddy time cops
God fucking dammit as least Roman is still there because the pink shitter is unbearable
Gudako is too OP for the story. That simple.
Arturia had a decent explanation and reason about 'hiding her gender' which directly affected her character, plus one of the most powerful magi at her beck and call for illusions should she needed it. Those random genderswaps are just cashgrabs without any sort of effort put into them as characters. There's no reason why they were assumed to be men, they all wear skimpy clothes so it's not like they concealed they are women, and they are even summoned as women when by Fate logic, they should all be summoned as male anyway, because the human collectiveness thinks they are dudes. Nasu nitpicks and throws away his own lore to do easy cashgrabs which is disappointing as fuck.
Its baffling because Gudako is stupidly popular before Rifyu's webcomic even started being published for F/GO and that only augmented her appeal even further. We definitely need more of her in some capacity. Like a spin-off just being an animated version of Rifyu's 4koma all around her wacky gacha misadventures while molesting the Eggplant.
Edison really is that good to bait people into Gacha Order, just wished he appeared more outside of that and Strange Fake
>wanting Roman to be a girl
He's already perfect. Hands off Da Vinci has dibs on him.
>is still trying to write a good version of her character.
He did that the first time
He's not trying to apologize for Sakura no matter how you spin this, she's one of the top eight most popular characters in the franchise. You want to believe she's reviled and hated, that he's constantly apologizing and trying to do it right. That's wrong because there never was a need for that, he did it right the first time and she is well liked by Japan. No, I know what you're going to say, just because she's not #1 with a bullet doesn't mean she's hated no matter what logic you try to pervert or warp. She is top ten out of literally everyone, beating out the heroines in all his other games as well except Arcuied. She wasn't a failure.
The real reason Mashu is kouhai and Olga is tsundere, is because he only knows how to write maybe four character archetypes all this time. The same ones each time. Just because kouhai plays a different role each time doesn't mean he's apologizing. It means of course a kouhai would be in this work as well, because he's not creative. Each game its the same recycled characters
We don't know the exact timeframe he changed his gender, but we know Roman noticed it in Orleans and was put off by 'her' attempts of being a lady. Their relationship grow a lot from annoyance of his side to total trust later.
The VAs are married so they come across as a married couple keeping tabs on children.
Pretty sure those are indians
Also this was shit. MC was bad, shield chick was meh, director was bad, villain was bad, is this really what people who played the games liked? Evil speedwagon was evil for no reason, animation was shit, more than half of it was exposition, MC was shit, Caster Cu was cool.
Again corporate Japan does not understand that male viewers/players do not need a male protagonist to use while playing. Also like most anime it exists to promote some other source material.
Although you are right it is baffling. Everyone who would see the F/GO anime would already know of F/GO's existence. So I am not sure who this is advertising to. Same with the Granblue anime. Who the fuck are they trying to get to play?
That's not allowed anymore.
I hope that buttmad retarded Wata hater from /vg/ is not here
How can't you like Mashu? Anyway, another recurrent member of the cast will appear in Orleans, Leonardo Da Vinci.
I didn't think Mash was particularly Sakura-like...she feels more like a Rem ripoff. Nasu referencing re:zero? confirmed for bro.
Also Nasu making wizards look like goofy 80s hair metal band members continues to be awesome. Shit, even the squirrel thing has big hair.
>want to see nothing more than sweet vanilla doujins between director and best caster
>best caster says he wants to be lancer again while he's vanishing.
>director gets melted in a black hole sun holy grail of lava
FUCK OFF NASU GIVE US A NICE THING FOR ONCE
Carmilla that is
I don't hate Edison though, he's my favorite servant in this mess of a franchise. Him and Team America are pretty great yet only Helena and Karna get any love.
We'll eventually see him animated r-right?
Well I got one thing out of this.
Solomon and Merlin also have similar designs choices. Gil needs to grow his hair to be a fluffy wizard too.
>Director for a few years
>Took over her late father's work and gives it her all to save humanity
>Has high talent as a magus despite no potential to be a Master
She's almost needy to Lev and relies on him a lot, but you can't say she did nothing. She has charisma and the mindset and enough knowledge to lead the project so it isn't just being the fact of the organization. She may not be as competent as Rin, but she is far from useless. You are being overly harsh and critical at an earnest girl for no good reason.
Mashu's character is horribly executed though, I mean I like her because she's super duper cute but her character backstory makes no sense.
ESPECIALLY the whole senpai thing. She isn't even a real kouhai character. It's an awkwardly hamfisted moe character trait with a terrible line of logic behind it.
Plot probably was when the game was released, the anime was some other person, so events and stuff are Nasu, how characters act and talk are probably director/writer so they may have put the reference in
The Rome chapter left a bad taste in everyone's mouths, not even Sakurai herself likes it. At least France was just spectacularly mediocre, Rome was actively infuriating.
Higashide and Sakurai improved as the game went on but the story only really picked up when Nasu got heavily involved in the scenario writing again.
that was because Mahoyo was half-assed.
>i wrote this back in highschool and it sure would be cool to go back, clean it up and release it
>ehhhhh, this is a lot of effort, i'll just release what we've got as "part 1" and finish the rest of the job when Fate stops PRINTING MONEY
he's also never gone back to do that Tsukihime remake (low effort) that would finally include the legendary Sacchin route.
Nasu is wild man.
I don't know, maybe he has some kind of master plan so he can spend his life drinking, playing games, fucking girls.
>2023 Mahou 2
>2025 Tsuki fandisk
>2028 new project
>2030 Mahou 3
Or maybe not.
Rin was a real character with lots of exposure. The prologue as from her POV. Olga is a one note, two-dimensional character at best and fags act like is the end of the world she died when the protag forgets immediately after. He's your self-insert, you're not supposed to care.
With Extella coming out in two weeks you guys will learn what Good Civilization really is and embrace hunny bunny.
>Anime only fags won't experience the memes and shitshow that made half of F/GO fun.
Anyone that played the game got exactly what we expected with this special. Nothing amazing, just more advertising and celebrating the end of part 1 of the story.
Hmm I found the show kinda jarring.
From a canon/story line point of view.
Fistly. Skipping to grand order without covering any of the other stories set between the end of UBW/Heavens Feel and the start of grand order. (Atraxia, Unlimited Codes, Extra). Was a dumb decision. There is a lot of stuff explained about the nature of servants, the grail war, and the world of magus in those other series that you need to know to even start to wrap your head around Grand Order.
Second. Fans of just the shows are attached to Shiro, Rin and the whole Fuyuki arc. Dropping them into this much later iteration of the world without familiar characters to reference it going to upset and confuse a lot of viewers.
Third the show itself was break neck paced with a lot of little skips to cram as much into the hour it had, which made the whole thing feel rushed and left more questions than answers.
Forth. The Fight scenes where bad guys. Fate is a series that is legendary for its animation and fight scene. The ones in this where poorly animated, with very little strategy and only vague lip service to the complexity of the previous iterations of the series. (There is only so much stand there and block with a shield low frame animation i can stand.)
Fith and fianlly. Steaks wise, Including an already dead character then Killing her to raise the stakes was pointless. Why let the view know she was already dead then kill her? The death would of had more power if we didn't have that little tidbit of information and the villain was strait out murdering a potential protagonist. This lowering of steaks was doubled down when they miraculously healed pick haired mcguffin after showing her crushed by a fucking rock.
They are basically saying "These two will never be in mortal danger don't worry"
The Grand order ova was bad guys. Such an disappointing entry into the franchise.
>Rin was a real character with lots of exposure
If you were objective at all, then you would see that Ogla could had been a real character too if she didn't get offed. Still doesn't mean people can't like her from what we have for her character.
>act like is the end of the world
Except no one did that. At most one anon thought the way she was killed seemed like a dick move, and he's not exactly wrong. Your aggression was unwarranted.
It normally doesn't bother me but all these bad reviews made by complete retards that can't digest even basic information the last day or so is starting to actually upset me a little. Why?
I didnt come into this expecting not generic desu.
I really wish they'd just make caster Cu the MC though. Literally best character with the most wasted potential in all nasuverse.
It the prologue to the mobile game.
It exactly how it is meant to come across.
It only starts getting good about halfway through the next Order and gets really good at the end.
>Second. Fans of just the shows are attached to Shiro, Rin and the whole Fuyuki arc. Dropping them into this much later iteration of the world without familiar characters to reference it going to upset and confuse a lot of viewers.
It's just a singularity. It's not even how the real Fuyuki war in FGO happened.
Caster Solomon won that war, by the way, btfoing everybody.
>and its unbelievable how the boy just happened to be involved so far.
FGO protag is meant to be anyone, just an average smuck low level wizard who happened to wind up in an adventure story, and has to survive. He's you, he's a random nothing who had to git gud.
With the help of his sidekick, animal mascot, a scientist, and a painter/inventor. This unlikely gang will solve problems throughout history and time.
>watched 6 minutes
>posting in /a/
I believe you're one of "those" people. New internet generation without own opinion. You can't even watch show until the end without posting in /a/. Or probably shitposter and samefag >>151701161
She like's her femdom and bdsm outfits.
Ritsuka is basically Galahadface. Just like the only normie at the round table is a Saberface (But Male)
Tristans ascension art has him eerily look like a brown skinned white haired Ritsuka. Also thinks his dad Lancelot is shit. Carries over to Mashu.
we dark souls now
Actually, I watched the full show/ I was relay excited for it seeing how i have been following fate since the first fan translation of the original VN. I feel more like a lto of people are going to die hard defend this show because its Fate and ignore the sheer amount laziness and bad direction in this iteration. I honestly think Fate/GO has the grounding for a good anime adaption. This was not it and should go the same way as the original Tsukihime adaption. This was the Alfheim of fate installments.
>I honestly think Fate/GO has the grounding for a good anime adaption
How would you say it doesn't? Games with thinner plots have been given good anime adaptions.
Most of the issues i had with this installment where in pacing, animation and directorial choices. I actually kinda like the premise of the protagonist. "Your not special, you where out last choice but everyone else was murdered".The villan overlooking murdering him because he is such an unlikely person to be a threat. It quite refreshing form all the chosen ones and special snowflake Gary Stu's on recent anime.
Premise was ok, the execution was rubbish.
>I actually kinda like the premise of the protagonist. "Your not special, you where out last choice but everyone else was murdered"
Really? That sounds just as fucking generic as those power fantasy protagonists.
The 'unlikely hero' archetype goes back forever.
>The 'unlikely hero' archetype goes back forever.
This is Miyamoto Musashi (female), some brown semen demon with a huge ass, some little girl, and niggafied RED MAN Alter with Kanshou and Bakuya gunblades.
Shut your mouth, whore. She looks ten times better than Medusa alter.
God never said he had to be a robot, its just that Solomon was really blank in life since he was instantly born to be king. He was never really anything else so it became all he knew.
He's a lot like Arthuria in some ways
Still, I don't exactly think that makes it much better, especially if the protagonist, in this case, is directly meant to be a self insert to the viewer.
Shirou was very much an unlikely hero, but damn it, you sure got to know the ins and outs of him over the story.
Sometimes literally, depending on which version of the game you're playing.
>brown semen demon
draw by NamanikuATK 100%
He's real assman
So why have that character at all?
I understand from a gameplay perspective- you need a means to do tasks. It's like the silent protagonist in RPGs.
But if you're not going to build the protag, you might as well remove them from the plot, cause they'll never be viewed as a good or likable character.
She looks like shit. Her design is a mix of sex slave and hot topic frequent buyer. Her Takeuchi design was so good: cute but elegant like her sisters. I have no fucking clue why they didn't use that over this garbage.
He never had free will until he tossed the Rings back in God's face, and still kept them around cause God told him too.
God's definitely a schizo since absolute monotheist Gods will have all the errors gods with multiple roles have.
And being born to be a tool does mean he didn't have free will. That's why he wished to be a ordinary human.
You're taking this meme too far. None of this could have happened even 1/10th as much without you. You saved Roman in the first chapter, you got all the heroes to love you, you were the reason they all showed up to the final battle, you were the one who spurred Roman into action at the end, it was you.
People have a warped idea of what it means to be a master at this point. You aren't useless just because you're not beating servants with your fists or divising huge plans. Guda's talent is getting along with servants which proved to be the greatest talent of all. At the end of the day he's the most optimal master who did everything he needed to. He's not just there watching.
Hell, in some events and parts of the story we see him put his life on the line alone doing crazy things to win the heroes over. At least two events had a normal human with no servant protecting him win over crazy heroes and survive on his own.
Guda is a gutsy bastard which is why it worked. It wasn't just you as an observer, you are also the reason Roman could do anything.
Go away, samefag. Rider Medusa looks like what you're describing. Ana is more cute and sexy instead of looking like a sex slave whore.
Yeah, I get that, and that's kind of shit.
I don't need to be in a story, especially if I'm just kind of there. I watch anime, read books, go to movies, to see other people do interesting things.
He never had free will. Literally explains to Goetia that the difference between them was he didn't have a choice but to follow God's voice. It was on his profile too.
He's a bit like Arturia, but he's also like Enkidu and other favorites like Arc. Just male.
Do you think Savior of France or REGEND will appear next? I'd be fucking furious if he didn't. I hope all the Hassans have big roles especially Serenity and Azrael.
How is pic related better?
It is. A lot misjudge Jekyll as some femme fuccboi because of his looks, but he was just a JUSTICEfag who established the best network to dismantle underworld crimes and was so affected by all the injustice and crime he wanted to find a solution. Because he's a scientist and a researcher he tried to separate good and evil on people with chemistry and used himself as lab rat. That's how Hyde was born.
Watson and Holmes grieve for his loss. He was their dear friend and staunch ally against Moriarty.
What could have been.
I heard something about Fate/Apocrypha getting animated too.
Fate/Extra too but that's old news, I think.
Anyways, guys, favor please.
Can you tell me which heroic spirits and as which classes, do we get to see in Apocrypha, Grand Order and Extra?
Are you baiting or pretending?
Yes, his first time asking something he really wanted to do.
He was like Gil's biggest fapdream, if you think about it. The collective of his fantasies rolled into one king.
Okay, holy hell you're taking the events of the game in your own deluded territory and creating fanfiction now.
He doesn't hate god, he didn't tell him to piss off. He just denied the power of omnipotence saying that the power of a human is all he needed, since the tenth ring literally gave Solomon the power to do anything, and he said he didn't need it. The power of a human was enough, and so ended the age of gods.
Solomon had a will in life, quote the materials all you want but you can't really get around this when his profile ingame lays it out. He's called a chicken, he chose what gift he would receive from god when prompted which god found unexpected when he asked for wisdom, its laid out in his profile that he can't read the mood, fumbles spell casting, and just spoke his mind in a brazen way but was really quite cowardly. He's just like Arthuria, he has a self but he never indulged in it because he had to be king. Roman is himself when you strip away certain things. He's not literally a robot without a self, he's not a tool either, that's taking it too literally. He just has never been allowed to be his own person. He knew listening to god was correct for himself and the people for the optimal result, but he also of his own free will chose to live as just a normal person after winning the Fuyuki war. He couldn't choose a selfish wish if he has no self.
Solomon while following God's will was said to be the perfect king, all his people were happy and taken care of, everything was great for them. Solomon came off as loving and kind to all his people, but this was not really him but rather god shining through. God isn't evil here, this isn't SMT. God doesn't hate people, he's not schizo, don't force your own narrative.
However there's a message in Nasuverse where god is like your parents, they're not evil but humanity slowly needs to break away and move out of the house. Be on their own and develop.
It's not a meme. It's Nasu's statement. (You) do play a role, but it's more of a sidekick type which could be done by literally anyone. But Mashu's or Roman's roles can be done by themselves and only themselves (all right, Mashu could have been replaced by Galahad).
>Giving her Harpe
Why didn't they just use Perseus.
>he's not pretedning
oh my fuckin god
If I do, it gets me to Type Moon's wiki site, where it lists too many characters, I guess they appear in the games they are adapted from.
I don't think all of these are going to be in.
Yes, they got along because they were basically soulmates. Jekyll is more intellectual type, but still basically obsessed with hero of justice shit. That's why he poisons himself when this leads to Hyde.
Not that guy.
That to me just seems inherently faulty from a writing standpoint. Understandable for a video game, where the structure allows for silent protagonists, but you've got to give something better if you're going to plaster their face in front of viewers, otherwise you could bring a whole chunk of the production down.
I'd sooner argue writing them out entirely than leaving them a lukewarm blank slate.
No one said he hated God. He has a Noble Phantasm based entirely around him rejecting Gods gifts and letting people run themselves. Yet he kept a ring because God told him too.
God's Being Schizo =/= evil. They explained this in Babylon.
Solomon only chose a wish after his master allowed him the choice to do it.
>(all right, Mashu could have been replaced by Galahad).
You'd be strange if you think they could play the same role in the story. Mashu was the same as Roman, she's parallel to him in some ways. He treated her like a daughter, he saved her from the storage tank, and after hearing her words against Goetia he decided to take action. Half the story was about her developing into a human when she was a blank robot at first, kinda like Roman. They both also only had a limited time but saw it in a different way.
You can't really inject random perfect mary sue knight and it be the same. Mary Sue knight can't develop, he can't go through character arc, he doesn't connect with Roman at all, or Guda. He'd just be another servant like the others. Mashu was important for the story rather than just a source of power.
By the way, not that guy. I don't think God was meant to be evil, but Solomon was effectively without ego and empty. Roman says so himself. He and Goetia were set up as foils.
You ever notice how fanartists draw Shuten much less loli than she is in the official art?
They do it with Jack the Ripper too, but only if it's porn/ecchi and about 80% of the time.
I agree it wouldn't work the same, because she carries an important theme like Roman does. But her actions could be made by Galahad, while Solomon was the keypiece of the plot of part 1. Even the title screen of the game is his NP.
And he mentions in the final chapters of the Solomon singularity it's because he was chosen to be King from birth. He had nothing he wanted because he had no opinions or beliefs of his own.
Happy New Year's day with best Jeanne loli.
The problem with your argument is that you're looking at the MC in the prologue, where they were straight up at their blandest. About all they had going for them was a lot of snarky dialogue choices in response to Olga's exposition, but that all got cut.
The F/GO MC doesn't really start to become their own person until Camelot, MAYBE America. It was really obvious when Nasu took over more control because your character actually starts doing things instead of passively standing by.
Honestly, I don't know why they didn't just skip ahead to the good parts. Nobody likes the initial parts of F/GO, and the writers are on record saying they phoned it in. It's not even like very much happened, you could do a quick summary of the first six chapters pretty damn easily.
The lack of understanding of why Goetia was his opposite astonishes me. Solomon, just like Goetia, was a system. Solomon died because he was human and he was given all the omniscience and omnipotence that comes with it, but none of the freedom. Goetia had freedom and hijacked Solomon's body. Goetia's beef was that Solomon had all the tools at his disposal to effectively remake the whole planet and recreate human kind if he actually gave a damn about their suffering, but didn't so he called him cruel and a coward. But he didn't understand Solomon had no freedom.
And when he was given his freedom? He reacted the opposite of Goetia, he wanted to be human, with a perished lifespan, with normal struggles. Goetia and Solomon watched the same things. But one longed for that enough to wish to be human and feel the same pain, believing in humanity and finding their history and suffering worthwhile because there's more in life than death and destruction: it's a story of love and hope. While Goetia only saw life as worthwhile because it never ended, death made everything meaningless, so couldn't deal with the pity he felt. He felt pity because he thought himself superior while Solomon never did. He loved humans.
Solomons reign was in part a bif potential boost or faster killing of the Age of Gods reign. Returning his gifts boosted it.
YHVH is very clearly related to Divine Spirits in some form. We just don't the full extent. Even the ancient alien gods ran on the same things the Divine Spirits that showed up later did. The entire Mesoamerican gods being the product of alien microbes entering the ecosystem.
Okay, listen, my little "newfriend".
Deviantart = shit art. It's doesn't matter where you saved your piece of trash. This is proofs your newfaggotory.
You accuse someone being samefag because anons post bad things about loli meduza. Well okay, nothing stops you. But you posted this deviantart trash. There is only one type of peopel who will save this piece of trash - fanatics from /vg/. Worst waifufags.
What next? Parroting shit about newfags.
She's not very loli at official art.
This is irrelevant because it was all set up by God, you know. When Goetia wants to usurp God's power, he bends the universe to his will and can recreate planets. It's far off the scale of the gods who are just part of the world, He transcended it. His authority wrapped the Throne of the Heroes to take his boy back.
>Rationalizing to save face
>Implying shit art when >>151703055 isn't shit at all, but actually cute, though no masterpiece
Trying too hard now. You where better off being a newfag.
The Beasts love humans too. That's also brought up in the final chapters of Solomon. It's because they love humans so much that they threaten to destroy it, and their indignation and rage is born from said love. Malice is a fleeting emotion compared to that.
But your point still stands. Solomon saw humans enough as they were and wanted to be one as a sign of his love, while Goetia wants to make a new humanity as a way of conveying his love towards them instead of seeing endless despair.
Don't even bother. Fate/Grand Order is a giant crossover bonanza that isn't going to make any sense at all unless you're already invested in the franchise.
Unless you've got the free time to sit down and read two VNs, two LN series, and various other things you may as well just watch the fights on youtube and call it a day.
Different what? There's no mistaking it. Staff even joked about it with her VA as I recall.
Understand the core concepts
Heroes are heroes throughout time. people that have had legends. Their name isn't literally Saber or Archer, those are just classes they can be summoned into. Decent heroes can usually fit into more than a few classes each.
Various heroes can be summoned in various forms. There are infinite world-lines, the place where heroes are summoned from is in the center of the multiverse where all things are recorded. Maybe a Saber version of a hero will come from one world-line, while Lancer version will come from a completely different world-line where that person developed differently.
They "love" humanity, but they don't understand them and think themselves superior, so it's twisted. Solomon never thought himself superior (he eve has a poor self-esteem), so he saw everything from a different perspective from Goetia who was arrogant in thinking humans will be better if we become like him.
Remove yourself. You're beyond salvation
She's too big for classic loli
You mean when he uses the entire power of 3000 years of human civilization as fuel for his Billion Excaliburs?
Also that's pretty headcanon there. God could simply have Clairvoyance just like all the big important Grand Caster candidates do. Because the gods having omnipresence/omnipotence has been brought up in CCC.
CCC Extra Materials also describe Buddhas the way you're talking too. Divine Spirit typical stuff.
What did she mean by this?
Probably, but the way timelines work in the Nasuverse it is destined to be erased since that event is irrelevant. Only timelines with important events are kept by the world in order to save energy.
Please don't be retarded. She's tiny and is below the threshold for standard loli. The only real difference is her healthy legs, which is not different from a certain popular H artist who draws lolis that way.
All Beasts suck power of human sources, Goetia was an existence that stayed outside time and space, so he amassed that in a blink of an eye because of Solomon as base granted him that. But even with that power, he literally says the real, living Solomon could defeat him (and only him, nobody else).
It's in his profile that he's becoming God and he bends the universe to his will. This is because of Solomon's body. Solomon is described as omniscience AND omnipotent in the profile too. But was just God's puppet without will. When he gains one, he loses his power. There's no headcanon because it's written on the profile.
>CCC Extra Materials also describe Buddhas the way you're talking too. Divine Spirit typical stuff.
Buddhas are also bullshit.
>Because the gods having omnipresence/omnipotence has been brought up in CCC.
Not at all. Gilgamesh even points out he can defeat most of them. Certainly the gods of Mesopotamia didn't really do anything impressive when Goetia's pillars hold them off and can't fight against Tiamat.
She's a designer baby, she's genetically modified artificial human made to be good at shit. Good circuits, strong, A rank master capability, can stand up and fight when needs to, and can cook.
Only thing she can't do is not be autistic.
She's five heads tall, which is pixiv approved loli classification. She's based on/the same numerical height of her VA, who is four foot nine and is considered a 3D loli by her fans
You're full of shit.
>All beasts love humanity
Explain how a fully functional Primate Murder loves humanity, if Tiamat is motherly love that crushes like a mace, and Goetia is a pitying love that wishes to end suffering, what type of love can the White Beast have?
>What the fuck is that?
It's measurement of human body in art, anon. Most popular one.
Always gotta be hating on ole' Shinji...
I'm curious if there's anyone here who actually liked this OVA that didn't already play F/GO.
Pretty much nobody likes the first half of F/GO, and I doubt a TV anime has the budget for the scale of the later chapters. I dunno why they thought it was a good idea to animate it.
I haven't played it and personally I didn't enjoy it that much, it was alright and nice seeing some of the servants but that was really it and the mc was annoying being a wimp and the stupid plot armor where he somehow got to her shield while Saber was still using her attack!? You probably have to play the game to enjoy it
9 Tails is a potential Beast.
Just like BB is a new kind of Beast and reaches the same broken tiers by gobbling up all of the unnamed goddesses inheritors including Beast II amd has Admin priviledges and placed outside time/space.
Unlike Goetia and Tiamat she also scares Gil too with that level of OP.
It's a shitty mobage that only very recently became halfway decent.
Main thing it's had going for it is being tied to the Fate franchise and the fun stuff written for events. Main story didn't get cool until the last fourth. By the end it basically becomes a full on VN.
Now now, I'm not arguing about Shuten but in no country the average 10yo girl is more than 145cm.
This is what I get for Japan if I search.
Her powerlevel is already confirmed to be higher than the first Angels Alteras in Extella and only a full powered Excaliblast could stop a nerfed version of her due to square cube law.
Her nine tails alone wrecked the Moon Cell and go on a rampage in a Servant ending.
Not just nine tails, Amaterasu is a Beast. She calls herself as such in the sequence of CCC (as a humanity's evil).
Still inferior to Goetia. If you go by Babylon lore of why Tiamat is II (potential level of hazard and danger).
>Unlike Goetia and Tiamat she also scares Gil too with that level of OP.
Gil didn't even fight Goetia. He only appeared after Roman handled him. Of course by then, he was pretty much fucked.
>the stupid plot armor where he somehow got to her shield while Saber was still using her attack!?
That's not even in the game. Originally Mashu just tanked the thing with Cu Caster's help. You just stand there because it's not like you can do anything to help.
My best guess is that they wanted the MC to do something, damn the logic.
>Her powerlevel is already confirmed to be higher than the first Angels Alteras in Extella
There aren't angels in Extella. What the fuck are you even saying?
>Her nine tails alone wrecked the Moon Cell and go on a rampage in a Servant ending.
A gag ending scene.
She is an inferior Beast in numbering, so maybe she's III at best.
He never fought him yet still comes by to shit talk him and taunt him about being a Caster who throws wands at people to mock him.
Gil immediately wants to flee and devise a better plan when he realizes what kind of crazy BB ate.
He shits talk him not based on powerlevel. He shitstalks Goetia because of his reaction to how he gazed to the future and his actions. It's pretty hilariously hypocritical of him considering he did something similar in UBW.
The game still established the only one who could remotely have a chance to beat him was Solomon. Not Gil. Not Hassan. Ishtar or (you). So Gil arriving after Goetia was rendered powerless to shit talk just out him isn't the same as facing BB without having back up Solomon ex Machina to solve the plot.
>She looks like Adam in the backstory scenes before they fully show Sefar in the present.
This has nothing to do with angels, you know.
>And Gag endings are still canon anon, as long as civilization will live for 100 years.
Even Nero took control of Mooncell in hers. It's not about powerlevel, it's just a fanservice waifu ending.
Pretty much all of the last stretch of Camelot - Babylon - Solomon is top tier stuff. Endgame F/GO is pretty much the summer blockbuster of the Fate series.
But the actual best part will forever be the events.
Gil is more like Quet actually. Keep the steong luchadors shining and get rid rid of all the shitty lazy neets. Fuck'em.
And even then he hasn't gone out of his way to fuck up Extra's world despite it being worse on earth. Unless some dumbass summons him.
>Unlike Goetia and Tiamat she also scares Gil too with that level of OP
Well, Amaterasu is capable of hanging with the likes of Saver and Kiara. And the top class of Extra are all beings within the realm of the earth mother, who Tiamat is a descendant goddess of.
So really, it's nothing unexpected that she's powerful.
He couldn't fuck off with BB, so he obviously reacted like that because he had no idea what to do.
With Goetia, he knew and trusted Roman had a plan. Two different situations. I agree he braved on with Tiamat, but the Goetia situation was different. It was hopeless if hadn't been for your Solomon Ex Machina.
Being fucking retarded and Hans being a lazy shota shit, not wanting to end the world since his stuff is there, and hating Kiara's guts even while he wanted to fuck her until his dick broke off.
So even against F/GO super saiyans Gil still acting arrogant as fuck? Goddammit, I really hope he will be rekt by Herk in F/SF, but in the same time I know it never will happen because he's MC of SF
I think you meant to reply to a different post.
Anyways of course Gil trusts him. Same way he trusts that lazy NEET Merlin to get shit done. They're coworkers so things will turn out fine. Clairvoyants man.
And Hans Omnipotent NP that kills you if you don't give him a big enough erection storytelling wise.
